With the rapid development and improvement of China’s market economy,performance appraisal has become one of the core tasks of human resource management in modern enterprises.Through the performance appraisal,the organization goal of the enterprise can be transformed into the specific work index of the employee,and the employee can be motivated to carry out the work according to the established goal.On the one hand,it can improve the efficiency of enterprise management and ensure the smooth realization of enterprise organizational goals;on the other hand,it can provide a platform for employees to create and display and realize self-worth,and achieve the purpose of arousing the enthusiasm of employees and retaining core talents.ZD company was founded in February 2014.For enterprises which regard the project construction as the core,project management is the most core work.The level of economic and social benefits of the project mainly depends on the management level of the project.Therefore,in order to improve the economic and social benefits of the project,how to improve the management level of the project should be studied and discussed for enterprises.According to the current practice of project management at home and abroad,the influence of performance appraisal on the level of project management is the biggest.At the beginning of its establishment,ZD company began to conduct performance appraisal on employees of the project.However,due to the problems in the original project management staff performance appraisal scheme,such as incomplete assessment indicators,unreasonable assessment level setting and proportion allocation.It did not reach the expected effect,resulting in the dissatisfaction of the staff for many times,and even the problem of frequent "job-hopping",which brought great losses to the operations of the company.This paper is in this context,taking ZD company project management staff as the research object,carries on the research and the improvement to the ZD company project management employee performance appraisal plan,in order to expect the research result may change the ZD company project management employee performance appraisal present situation.The main research work in this thesis includes the following aspects:Firstly,the problems and causes of the performance appraisal for project managers in ZD company are analyzed,the research methods used in the thesis include literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Secondly,based on relevant theories and existing literature,the improvement plan for the problems and causes in the performance appraisal of project managers in ZD company are proposed.Finally,safeguards are developed to improve the implementation of the programme.Through the research,this paper draws the following three conclusions:first,the performance appraisal work of ZD company to project management staff should not be fixed,it needs to be adapted to the stage of enterprise development,and it also needs to be adjusted according to the different internal and external environment in different periods.As the ZD company has been implementing the current program for six years,it is also time to revise it.Secondly,through research,this paper proposes to modify the evaluation indicators in the current program,optimize the distribution and proportion of the results falling,improve the process of feedback and complaint of performance results,and improve the application of performance results.
