AB Bank Weifang Branch Established A Project Management Research On Performance Appraisal System

Project management as a set of scientific management thought and method has been applied in many fields of engineering and commercial banks.The economic globalization and the information age have come,so all the countries in the world are faced with increasingly fierce market competition at home and abroad.Accurate and effective performance management is becoming more and more important.At present in the research on commercial bank performance appraisal management,most of the literature has adopted the method of specialized research,namely for commercial bank performance evaluation management design optimization assessment program,or the use of information means to develop a performance appraisal information platform to optimize the performance appraisal management.In this paper,the author has personally participated in the establishment of performance evaluation system of the target project in Weifang City branch of the AB bank.The author takes it as an example.He analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of commercial bank and the use of project management theory and methods of thinking,and combines them with his actual work to analyze the establishment of a project of performance evaluation system and elaborate the application of project management in establishment of performance target assessment system in AB bank Weifang branch.In the paper,the author studies project time range,design plan,organization and implementation,and process control of how to establish a performance evaluation system for the commercial banks.According to the relevant theory of project management,the paper deals with the establishment,planning,implementation,and controlling and acceptance of the whole project.The author has organized and coordinated the whole project and takes effective control of all aspects of the project.The implementation and control stage of the project is the focus of this paper.Besides,performance assessment software project is an important sub project of the establishment of performance evaluation system in the AB Bank of Weifang City branch.Whether it will complete or not will ultimately affect the overall completion of the project.According to the project management theory,this paper also studies the management of the performance appraisal software project development and implementation and explores the application of project management theory in the software project.Through the analysis and study on the application of theory of project managementto establish the project of performance appraisal system in the commercial banks,the paper offers commercial banks some guidance and reference for the development and application of project management theory in other management activities.
