In recent years,there have been frequent information security incidents,such as the Prism scandal and now Oracle’s suspension of all business in Russia.All these incidents have brought huge impacts.At the same time,Sino-US trade friction broke out.The United States also imposed sanctions on many Chinese industries and blocked technology.A large number of Chinese high-tech enterprises have been greatly affected,especially Huawei,SMIC,ZTE,Hikvision and other enterprises.This also sounded the alarm for our information technology industry,we should vigorously develop domestic information technology,through their own efforts to master the core technology,in the modern information war in an invincible position.LC Group has been deeply involved in the information technology industry for many years and has rich industry experience.Facing the new situation of the information industry,LC Group has decided to develop database products.In this paper,LC Group database products as the research object,in-depth study of strategic management related theories and related knowledge of the database industry,for the development of LC Group database to choose the appropriate competitive strategy,help the enterprise to achieve competitive advantages.This paper uses a variety of analysis tools,takes LC Group as the research object,database business as the research background,in-depth research on the external environment,including political,economic,technological,social and other aspects as well as five competitive forces in the database industry on the impact of the database;Thus,the opportunities and possible risks of database products in the external market are obtained.By evaluating the company’s internal situation and building the company’s value chain,the LC Group’s internal factor evaluation matrix is established,and the advantages and disadvantages of the LC Group’s internal environment are analyzed.Through SWOT analysis method,three competitive strategies are adopted to analyze LC Group’s database products.Finally,through quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis,it is concluded that differentiation competitive strategy is the most appropriate choice for the company’s database products,and safeguard measures are formulated for the smooth implementation of differentiation competitive strategy.The research of this paper provides theoretical support for the development of the company’s database products,and plays a certain reference for the research of the database industry.As the author has been working in the database industry for a short time and lacks experience in the database industry,it will lead to the phenomenon of incomplete consideration in the process of this research.Finally,it is hoped that through the support of the state and the efforts of the domestic information technology industry,we can jointly promote the localization of the information technology industry.
