The world is still in the midst of profound changes unseen in a century,and the external environment in which businesses operate increasingly complex.The impact of COVID-19 on private enterprises has been particularly significant in China.Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise.Through the corporate culture change and the matching human resource management,private enterprises can achieve further development in the critical period of challenge and transformation,which requires the enterprise’s human resource management must be guided by corporate culture.As the entrance to the recruitment of employees,recruitment management is crucial to the sustainable development of corporate culture.Therefore,recruitment management must be consistent with the requirements of corporate culture in terms of concepts,systems and processes,which is a necessary means for human resources management to support the implementation of corporate culture,and also an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes the case of ZX company and combines theories about corporate culture,and the literature on the impact of corporate culture on recruitment management and the literature on the support of recruitment management to corporate culture change to study and analyse the corporate culture change in private enterprises and the response of recruitment management to corporate culture change.ZX company is a small to medium-sized private enterprise.Under the violent impact of the external environment,ZX company realized that the company’s existing corporate culture had to be changed,and then it chose to take the initiative to seek changes,firstly to identify the culture and clarify the changes and invariant of the corporate culture,then to seek to reach a consensus among all employees,and finally to promote the gradual implementation of the changed corporate culture through system revision and continuous publicity.During the implementation,certain issues in ZX company’s recruitment management that did not meet the requirements of the changed corporate culture became clear.This paper therefore proposes specific countermeasures in the areas of recruitment planning,demand analysis,interviews,employee hiring and digital recruitment,so that the changed corporate culture can be better supported and the recruitment management itself can be improved.This paper argues through the case study of ZX company that private enterprises can take the initiative to complete the corporate culture change through certain paths when the corporate culture has to change,and the changed corporate culture will inevitably put forward new requirements for recruitment management,and recruitment management can also support the changed corporate culture through active adjustment.
