By 2020,the number of rural people aged 60 or above was 121.38 million,accounting for 23.81% of the total rural population.From the perspective of population structure,China’s rural areas have entered the "super-aging society".In the past five years,the growth of China’s population has slowed down year by year,and the decline of the new population shows that the degree of aging in China will be further improved in the future.The government will pay more and more attention to the old-age security of the elderly,and also pay more and more attention to the old-age security of the elderly in rural areas.Solve rural old-age security is the key to social security and people’s livelihood improvement,rural pension has become the key link of building a harmonious society,but it have to face a problem is endowment service resources of urban and rural dual differentiation in our country,especially the reform and opening up,combined with the family planning policy implementation of rural aging,hollowing out tendency become more and more obvious,young labor outflow phenomenon is serious,a lot of rural land need to be effectively used,the traditional land old-age security function weakened,121.38 million rural old-age security level important increasingly highlighted.During the 73-year period from 1950,when peasant land ownership was introduced,to 2023,rural land reform in various places began in full swing,resulting in various forms of rural land circulation,such as leasing,share ownership,transfer,swap and subcontracting.Land transfer system brings far-reaching influence to rural areas of our country,but whether it can strengthen the role of land in rural old-age security,whether the land transfer system is perfect,whether it promotes the construction of rural old-age security system,this is the question that this paper will discuss.Based on this,this paper probes into the change of rural land transfer policy to rural social situation by combing the policies of rural land transfer and rural old-age security system,using the CHARLS 2018 micro data to model and regress the data,the rural land transfer and transfer behavior and the size of rural land transfer factors to the rural old-age security level.It is concluded that the land transfer behavior of the rural elderly has little influence on their old-age security level,but increasing the land transfer scale can improve the old-age security level of the rural elderly;The quality level of the elderly in rural areas will influence the level of their old-age security.The influence of land circulation on the old-age security level of the rural elderly is not entirely positive.Conclusion that gender,education,health status and number of children all have a significant impact on the old-age security of the elderly in rural areas.
