"Economy is the body,and finance is the blood".After China’s economic reform and opening up,with the active economic market,a large number of small and medium-sized banks and financial institutions have emerged to meet the service of small,medium and micro enterprises and meet the booming consumer market.But in the past few years,with China’s economic development has entered a new stage,the domestic economic structure adjustment,coupled with the outbreak of repeated impact,the complex economic situation at home and abroad,small and medium-sized banking financial institutions face huge challenges,how to take in the new situation of dynamic strategic management is increasingly important.Therefore,this paper focuses on the county in the specific case,with the strategy implementation in recent years as the research object,using the current representative in the field of strategy implementation evaluation tool,through finance,customer,internal process and learning and growth for the logical basis of the comprehensive analysis of the case bank strategy implementation evaluation,to evaluate the effectiveness of the bank in the strategy implementation,and put forward Suggestions for improvement.It is hoped that through the practical application of the BSC in the field of strategic implementation evaluation,China’s small and medium-sized banking financial institutions can be improved in the strategic evaluation and management work,and provide reference for the subsequent small and medium-sized banking financial institutions to carry out dynamic strategic management work.On the research content,this paper demonstrates the balance score into the enterprise development strategy implementation of scientific and effective,first of case the strategic transformation of internal and external environment,clear the bank development strategy and specific strategic objectives,combing strategic map and balanced scorecard,clarify the strategic implementation,and the strategy implementation and effectiveness system evaluation.On the choice of specific evaluation content and standard,mainly draw lessons from the balanced scorecard influence enterprise development strategy implementation effect of more classic financial and non-financial indicators,at the same time reference to our country banking regulators and the Basel agreement for banking regulatory indicators,and combined with the actual situation of case bank system analysis.Among them,the quantitative indicators mainly adopt vertical and horizontal comparative analysis and quantitative analysis;the qualitative indicators mainly adopt the form of questionnaire survey,expert interview and information research method to objectively evaluate the strategic implementation of the case bank in recent years.Finally,the causes analyzes the case bank and propose specific strategic adjustment measures.Through this paper,it is proved that the balanced scorecard can effectively make a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the strategic implementation effect of financial institutions,but the evaluation indicators should be adjusted appropriately when considering the nature of enterprise operation while taking into account the external regulatory requirements.
