Objective:To explore the relationship between work values,organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior,and proved the mediating effects of work values and organizational citizenship behavior.Methods: 387 employee,s working at restaurant in GuangZhou、ChangSha 、 ZhangJiaJie were assessed using the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale、Organizational Commitment Scale and Work Value Scale.Results:( 1) The catering employees has less Organizational Citizenship Behavior.(2)The catering employees’ generation,in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior were no difference,but there were differences in working life 、 marital status and gender.( 3)Organizational Commitment、Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Value were significantly correlated.Most of them were positive correlation,but only a few were negative correlation.(4)Organizational Commitment had partially mediating effect on the relationship between Work Value and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Conclusion:( 1) The catering employees has low level in Organizational Citizenship Behavior.( 2) The catering employees’ generation,in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior were no difference,but there were differences in working life 、 marital status and gender.(3)Organizational、Commitment、Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Value were significantly correlated.(4)Work Value has direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and has indirect effect on affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment.
