The artificial intelligence(AI)industry has been elevated to a national strategy,and the entire industry has achieved considerable development in recent years.Ark’s core business sector,private equity investment business,has always regarded artificial intelligence as an important track for the company’s industrial investment layout.However,due to the short development time of the AI industry,AI companies have many characteristics that are different from those in traditional industries.So far,Ark does not have a special investment decision-making evaluation model for AI companies.Therefore,formulating a set of decision evaluation models for Ark’s equity investment in AI companies can effectively help the company improve its investment decisionmaking level,reduce the company’s investment risk of investing in AI companies.This paper has studied the relevant theories of domestic and foreign equity investment decision-making evaluation,and also conducted in-depth discussions on the history,development process and industry characteristics of the AI industry.It combines the original investment decision-making evaluation logic and investment decision-making evaluation requirements of Ark.On this basis,using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an AI enterprise investment decision-making evaluation model consisting of 6 criterion layers and 20 sub-criteria layers is established.Based on the AI enterprise investment decision evaluation model,I selected ShanghAI YK Technology Company as a real investment case for verification,and obtAIned the final investment value score of the enterprise.Finally,the paper summarized and prospected,and proposed ideas for future research work.
