The society is developing vigorously,the economy is moving steadily upward,and the business environment is going smoothly.Competition has existed among employees and enterprises for a long time.In order to further improve the market share,all parties have worked hard.In the face of huge market pressure and strong competitive atmosphere,managers need to pay attention to employees’ working conditions and make necessary adjustments to effectively improve organizational efficiency.In addition,enterprise managers should make reasonable use of work requirements to scientifically transform the market competition pressure,and urge all employees of the enterprise to digest the market competition pressure faced by the enterprise through the joint undertaking of work performance pressure.Generally,employees will bear the heavy performance pressure under the joint action of many factors,such as compensation,organizational recognition,growth and learning opportunities,personal achievements,etc.However,how to deal with the pressure of performance and whether the employees will put forward scientific and feasible suggestions for the operation of the enterprise while bearing the pressure of high performance are worth pondering.By reviewing the research results on performance pressure,emotional exhaustion,servant leadership and voice behavior at home and abroad and combining literature research methods,this thesis determines the evaluation system of performance pressure,emotional exhaustion,servant leadership and voice behavior,preliminarily constructs the theoretical research model of this thesis,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,this thesis explores the relationship between four variables,namely performance pressure,emotional exhaustion,servant leadership and advisory behavior,verifies the theoretical hypothesis,and puts forward suggestions for improvement based on the research results of this thesis.In order to ensure the authenticity and scientificity of the data collected in the study,this thesis uses scientific scales widely recognized and used at home and abroad to measure key data,and verifies the measured unit scale data in many aspects.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Performance pressure negatively affects the behavior of advice.(2)Performance pressure positively affects emotional exhaustion.(3)Emotional depletion negatively affects the behavior of advice.(4)Emotional depletion mediates between performance pressure and suggestive behavior.(5)Service-oriented leaders play a regulatory role between performance pressure and emotional exhaustion.(6)Service leadership plays a regulatory role for the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion between performance pressure and employee voice behavior.Based on the empirical analysis results,the following suggestions are made:First,control the pressure of employee performance;The second is to stimulate employees’voice behavior;the third is to change the way of leadership and management;The fourth is to improve the skills to cope with emotional exhaustion.This study can help enterprises to encourage employees to make suggestions,provide theoretical basis and practical guidance,enrich the mechanism of performance pressure,and provide new ideas for increasing employees’ suggestions.
