| With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,the acceleration of urbanization,and the deepening of aging,a large number of elderly landless farmers have emerged.After losing the land on which to live and leaving their familiar homes,the familiar pattern of "providing for the elderly with land" has been broken,and landless farmers have faced new challenges in providing for the elderly.As a key economic region in Hunan Province,Chang-Zhu-Tan region has added new land acquisition and resettlement areas every year due to the needs of urban economic development in the past 20 years,resulting in a continuous increase in landless farmers.How to properly address the issue of elderly care for landless farmers is a topic that needs to be emphatically explored in the urbanization of Chang-Zhu-Tan region.This article takes the land-lost farmers in the Changzhutan area of Hunan Province as the research object,summarizes and summarizes the concepts of land-lost farmers,livelihood capital,and pension models,expounds the theoretical significance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and livelihood capital theory,and lays the theoretical foundation for this article.A total of 462 sample data were obtained through field research in the Changzhutan area.First,the reliability and validity of the sample data were tested using SPSS23 software,and the valid samples were summarized and sorted.Secondly,statistical analysis is conducted on the current situation of livelihood capital and pension mode selection of land-lost farmers in Changzhutan region;Construct a multivariate unordered Logistic model of the impact of livelihood capital on the choice of elderly care models for land-lost farmers,and use self-service sampling to test the stability of the model.Combine the information obtained from research and empirical analysis of the model results.Through empirical research,it is known that financial capital,human capital,social capital,and cognitive capital in the livelihood capital of land-lost farmers have a significant impact on the willingness of middle-aged and elderly land-lost farmers to choose their pension models,with human capital playing the most prominent role,and the interaction between various influencing factors promotes the selection of land-lost farmers’ pension models.Finally,based on the empirical results,suggestions are proposed from the government and family levels to strengthen the fundamental role of family pension,improve their own pension capacity,improve elderly care institutions,and explore mutual assistance for elderly care to ensure the elderly care of land-lost farmers in the Chang-Zhu-Tan region,with a view to providing reference for the elderly care of land-lost farmers throughout the country. |
