| China has got into the "new normal" of high-quality development.Modern logistics plays a leading and fundamental role in the national economy and is the driving force to promote the high-quality development.Owing to the swift development of the Internet,IoT,virtualization,artificial intelligence,and 5G communication,the digital economy has shown enormous development potential.Its contribution to China’s GDP is increasing,and has become the main driving force for promoting China’s economic transformation and upgrading.Digital economy,modern logistics and high-quality economic development depend on,influence and restrict each other in social and economic development.This article reasonably evaluates the current situation of socio-economic development from three aspects:digital economy,modern logistics,and high-quality economic development,measures the coupling and coordination level of these three aspects,explores the main factors that affect their coordinated development,and ultimately promotes coordinated development.This is of great significance for China’s current economic and social development.This article adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods to construct a theoretical framework for the high-quality coordinated development of modern logistics and regional economy under the background of digital economy.Based on existing research,a corresponding evaluation index system has been constructed,and data on regional economic and social development has been collected and organized through multiple channels.Based on the problems,corresponding comprehensive evaluation and spatial econometric models have been established,taking into account the current situation of Hunan’s economic and social development,We have conducted research on the coupling and coordination of modern logistics and high-quality development of regional economy,with the aim of proposing corresponding strategies for the economic and social development of Hunan.The main research contents are listed as follows:(1)Through the entropy method,we can quantitatively evaluate the correlation between the digital economy,modern logistics,and high-quality economic development in Hunan Province.Based on the panel data of 13 prefecture-level cities(districts)in Hunan Province from 2009 to 2020,the evaluation index system of three aspects of coupling coordination degree is constructed,and the development level,coupling degree level and coupling coordination level are calculated respectively.The results show that the development level of Changsha area is relatively high,and the development level of other areas needs to be further improved.The coupling degree of the three aspects is relatively high,with a value of about 0.9,indicating that the three aspects have a high degree of mutual influence and strong system correlation.The level of coupling coordination has been improving year by year,but the overall level is relatively low.By 2020,it will still only be 0.5~0.6,failing to achieve high-quality coordination.(2)Moran’I is used to test whether there is spatial effect of coupling coordination degree between digital economy modern logistics and high-quality development of economy.This article tests the spatial correlation of coupled co scheduling from both global and local dimensions,imports the coupling coordination degree and the selected spatial weight matrix into Stata,constructs a relevant model,and writes code to obtain the global Moran index and agglomeration characteristics of 13 prefecture level cities(districts)in Hunan.The results indicate that the significant P-value of the Moran’I index indicates that this study is suitable for using spatial econometric models;From 2009 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of the three systems showed a significant negative spatial correlation,showing a state of "high low clustering" or "low high clustering".(3)Combined with the actual situation of Hunan Province,LM,LR and Wald tests were used to determine the use of spatial-temporal dual fixed spatial Durbin model to analyze the main influencing factors affecting the coupling coordination of digital economy,modern logistics and high-quality economic development.The spatial Dubin model is established and the relevant data are collected to analyze the relevant influencing factors quantitatively,and the corresponding measures to improve the coordinated development of economic and social coupling are put forward based on the analysis results.The results show that economic development level,information empowerment,scientific and technological innovation,human capital and other factors greatly promote the coordinated development of the three.On the analysis results,this article puts forward policy suggestions from different aspects,namely digital economy enables logistics,talent training and regional cooperation,to improve the coupling coordination level of digital economy,modern logistics and high-quality economic development in Hunan Province. |
