With the continuous development and rapid popularization of Internet technology in modern society,all kinds of knowledge and information are updated faster and faster under the blessing of the Internet.Under this circumstance,the management reform of the Internet has also become normalized.In the society under the knowledge economy,individual wisdom is more important.If an enterprise wants to adapt to the current social environment,it needs to develop the ability of employees,so that employees can actively contribute to the development of the enterprise,and transform their personal wisdom into The collective wisdom of the enterprise can improve the overall innovation of the enterprise.In an enterprise organization,employees have to fulfill the requirements of their own work,and at the same time,they will show more behaviors outside their roles,and employee voice behavior is the performance of behavior outside their roles.When the development of the organization is difficult,employees can improve the problems faced by the organization to a certain extent,enhance the competitiveness of the organization,and promote the better operation of the organization by putting forward constructive opinions or suggestions.However,because of the risky,challenging,and arbitrary nature of speaking behavior,because employees do not suddenly speak out for no reason,it is particularly meaningful to study the mechanism by which the behavior occurs.If employees have voice behaviors,the managers of the organization play a key role in the process,and the style of an organization’s leaders can affect employees to a large extent,including the influence on stimulating employees’ voice behaviors.Responsible leadership is different from other relatively old and traditional leadership styles.It pays more attention to the interests of internal and external stakeholders to achieve a balance between the long-term development of the enterprise and a win-win society.This is also applicable to the flattening of most companies today.Therefore,it has attracted more and more attention from academia.The opinions and behaviors of corporate employees are very easily influenced by the leadership’s sense of responsibility,work attitude,organizational behavior and other characteristics.This article is based on the theory of social identity,social learning and social exchange.It mainly studies the influence mechanism of responsible leadership and employee voice behavior.In addition,it also has a mediating effect on organizational identity and power distance.The moderating role of the speech process is discussed.The entry point of this article is from the perspective of responsible leadership,and in order to draw on some existing literature and reviews,a theoretical model is established from three aspects:social identity theory,social learning and social exchange.The variables of this theoretical model include:Power distance,responsible leadership,etc.In addition,the mediating role of organizational identity and the role of power distance on the theoretical model are also discussed.The data in this article were collected through a questionnaire survey,taking employees of many enterprises in Beijing,Hebei,Tianjin and Shandong as the survey objects,covering fields such as education and training,finance,Internet,etc.A total of 325 valid questionnaires were collected.The software used for the statistical analysis of the above valid data is SPSS22.0.According to the analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The employee’s voice behavior is positively affected by the responsible leadership,whether it is the inhibitory voice to the employees.The effect of facilitation or facilitation is very significant.(2)Responsible leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational identity.(3)Employee voice behavior is positively influenced by organizational identity,and the effect of both inhibitory voice and facilitation voice on employees is very significant.(4)In the relationship between responsible leadership and employee voice behavior,facilitative voice behavior,and inhibitory voice behavior,organizational identity all played a mediating role.(5)Power distance has no moderating effect between employee voice behavior and organizational identity.This thesis enriches the localization research of responsible leadership.The mediating variable used in the research is organizational identity,and the moderating variable is power distance.Data analysis is carried out to enrich the related research on the antecedent variables of employee voice behavior.In the context of Chinese organization and management,responsible leadership is regarded as the leadership style of managers.By fulfilling social responsibilities,managers meet and balance the needs of various stakeholders,achieve mutual benefit and win-win results,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises,society and the environment.
