Research On Schedule Management Optimization Of H Company’s Collaborative Development Project

Under the background of digital reform,software and information technology service industry will usher in a new stage of development.Software system integration project plays an important role in the application of information technology,improving social and economic benefits and creating a better life.With the service-oriented transformation of software projects and the face of more collaborative development in the project team work mode,the traditional software system integrator has certain limitations due to the existing organizational structure and project management mode.Considering that the schedule requirement of the project is an important factor to evaluate the success of the project,in order to improve the production efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,It is necessary to improve the level of enterprise project management.This paper takes the collaborative development project of H Company as the research object,analyzes its organizational structure and project management status,and expounds its problems in schedule management after research.It mainly discusses the theory of project task duration estimation,project schedule planning,schedule control and project knowledge management.According to the actual situation of the project,the schedule management optimization scheme is proposed.According to literature research and theoretical analysis and other research methods,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the project schedule optimization scheme is carried out,and the optimization practice is carried out from three aspects,that is,the three-point estimation method is used to estimate the task duration,the critical chain method is used to reformulate the project schedule and the project knowledge management is improved.From the optimized results,it can be seen that the estimation of project task duration is more accurate,the project schedule plan takes resource constraints into account to reduce the risk of project delay,and strengthens the effect of schedule control in the face of collaborative development.
