| Companies now are concerning the security and stability of their supply chain due to coronavirus pandemic influence on world economy.Instead of pursuing low-cost and high efficiency on product manufacturing,they are focusing on reducing the risks that may arise in the supply chain through ways of strengthening cooperation with their partners,improving the level of information sharing,and accelerating the digital transformation.W company is a multinational corporation,China was the company biggest oversea sales market.With more competitors entering,the company was facing a much fiercer environment,it requires a higher standard on company supply chain management.Therefore,the company should make more efforts on company management transformation and promote customer service to a higher level.This dissertation focuses on the optimization of company’s critical raw material purchase,beginning with W company’s current situation,analyzing the supplier selection strategy,supply chain collaboration and supplier performance evaluation of the company,detects the main problems and causes,including incomplete supplier selection and evaluation system,insufficient supply chain information sharing,imperfect supplier performance evaluation etc.,Finally,by consulting the relevant theoretical research and academic publications,trying to rebuild the supplier selection evaluation system with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method.Meanwhile,taking measures to strengthen the relationship and coordination with business partners and improve supply performance,with the goal to meet customer requirements and sustain service at a high level,enhancing competitions in the market. |
