Financing Risk Management Research To A New Drug Research And Development Of H Pharmaceutical Company

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the state has put forward the strategy of innovation-driven development.As an important subject of entrepreneurship and innovation,the healthy development of science and technologybased innovative enterprises plays an important role in promoting the Comprehensive National Power of the country,and science and technology can only play a real role if it is effectively supported by finance.Relevant research shows enterprises plays an important role in promoting the Comprehensive National Power of the country,and different needs for funds,however,high-tech enterprises generally have high input,hightech,high return,high risk and other industry characteristics.Therefore,how to comprehensively analyze,accurately identify,scientifically evaluate and reasonably and effectively control the financing risk,effectively use the funds to promote its R & D and production,maintain the rapid growth of enterprises and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness,is of great significance.H pharmaceutical company is a domestic and foreign well-known experts composed of pharmaceutical research and development,production enterprises,has established a number of laboratories,currently in research and Development Products 10,one of the company’s core product A new drug in the global clinical phase III.However,due to the characteristics of long R & D cycle and large capital demand,how to raise funds accurately and timely to effectively support the follow-up R & D and commercialization progress of H pharmaceutical company’s products,therefore,it is imperative for H pharmaceutical company to strengthen the financing risk management to avoid and reduce the impact of risk.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on the financing risk of high-tech Enterprises,this paper studies risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response.First of all,combined with H pharmaceutical company A new drug market,R& D,financing and other characteristics,using tools such as literature research and expert questionnaires to identify technical,financial,management,environmental,production and market risks,and then using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to Quantitative analysis the risks,the weight of each risk index is determined,and then the fuzzy analysis method is used to determine the risk level of each risk index.Through the abovementioned steps,this paper provides a risk management plan for the follow-up financing of A new drug R & D of H pharmaceutical company,and guides similar pharmaceutical companies to strengthen the financing risk management to a certain extent,minimize the associated risks.
