| Under the trend of global economic integration,enterprises are facing more and more challenges,and the market competition is increasingly fierce,especially the competition for talents.Human resources have become the decisive factor for an enterprise to gain advantages in the market competition,and talent evaluation is the basis for the allocation of human resources in an enterprise.Including talent recruitment,promotion,development and training,the company’s human resource allocation is based on talent evaluation.This paper takes the current talent evaluation system of C Company as the research object.First is describing the background,including the research background and related concepts.Secondly,through questionnaire and interview,I deeply investigated the current situation of C Company’s talent evaluation system and analyzed its methods,indicator setting,personnel composition and other links.To sum up the existing problems,it is mainly manifested in the unreasonable design of talent evaluation,the lack of effective feedback of evaluation results,and the weak pertinence of evaluation.At the same time,it is analyzed that the main reason is that the company has not established an effective competency model due to insufficient investment in talent evaluation.Finally,based on the competency model theory,this paper proposes the optimization strategy of C Company’s talent evaluation system,including setting up special evaluation posts,strengthening the leadership’s understanding of the importance of evaluation work,scientifically formulating evaluation plans,etc.,and carries out targeted optimization design,optimizes C Company’s talent evaluation system,redesigns the competency model,and refines the evaluation process.At the same time,it puts forward the guarantee measures of the talent evaluation system to ensure the smooth operation of the talent evaluation system.The research in this paper provides some help for the construction of C Company’s talent evaluation system,which has strong practical significance.At the same time,it also has certain reference value for the talent evaluation of other small and medium-sized enterprises. |
