| Coffee is not only a consumer product of Vietnamese People’s Daily life,but also an export cash crop in the country.In recent years,with the acceleration of economic globalization and the steady development of sino-vietnamese trade cooperation,the amount of coffee exported from Vietnam shows a trend of continuous increase.But overall,Vietnam’s coffee exports are far from competitive with those of the United States and Europe.Therefore,the competitiveness of Vietnamese coffee export is studied and analyzed in this paper.This study is divided into five parts to analyze the export competitiveness of Vietnamese coffee.The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the purpose,value,content,framework and method of this research,and also discusses the research results at home and abroad.The second part is the definition of related concepts and the discussion of related theories.Based on the comparative advantage theory and the five-force model theory,the author analyzes the current situation,market situation,advantages,disadvantages and the challenges faced by Vietnamese coffee exports Issues and opportunities are summarizing the influencing factors of export competitiveness.The third part is the analysis of the export status of Vietnamese coffee.Based on a brief introduction of world coffee export,the production and export of Vietnamese coffee were introduced,and the demand for Vietnamese coffee in importing countries was analyzed.The fourth part is based on analysis of factors that restrict the competitiveness of Vietnam’s coffee exports.Based on the Porter’s five-force model,the influencing factors of Vietnam’s coffee export competitiveness are analyzed from five aspects:coffee production,competitiveness analysis,enterprise’s strategic structural competition,opportunities and government.The fifth part is to improve the competitiveness of Vietnam ’s coffee exports.It mainly focuses on the issues that affect the competitiveness of Vietnam ’s coffee exports identified in the above analysis.From the three aspects of government,industry associations and enterprises,in order to enhance Vietnam ’s coffee export competitiveness Give reasonable recommendations.The sixth part is the research summary.This study can not only provide references for Vietnamese enterprises to improve export competitiveness,but also enrich export competition theory,increase global consumer demand for Vietnamese coffee,establish a stable consumer group in the global scope,and promote the implementation of Vietnam’s coffee export competitiveness strategy. |
