| Robots are hailed as the "crown jewel of manufacturing" and an important indicator to measure a country’s level of technological innovation and high-end manufacturing.The14 th Five-Year Plan for Robot Industry Development was officially released by 15 departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology at the end of2021 to provide strong policy support for China’s robot industry.In order to maintain the industry lead in the highly competitive market,in recent years,ZN company has set the strategic goal of building "a leading domestic and internationally renowned robot enterprise with artificial intelligence" as its core,invested a large amount of manpower and capital,continuously made breakthroughs in technological innovation,and continuously improved its core competitiveness.This paper establishes an evaluation index system suitable for technological innovation of ZN company,which is of great significance for improving technological innovation efficiency and promoting high-quality development of ZN company.This paper takes ZN company as the research object and selects 19 listed companies of the same type as comparative samples.Based on the data of technological innovation activities from 2019 to 2021,the efficiency of technological innovation is divided into two parts according to the internal process of technological innovation.The efficiency of technology research and development stage and the efficiency of technology achievement commercialization stage are respectively analyzed,and on this basis,the overall efficiency of technology innovation is integrated analysis.In terms of index selection method,entropy method is used to construct enterprise technological innovation evaluation index system,DEA tool is used to measure the technological innovation efficiency of ZN company and similar enterprises,and static analysis is carried out on the current innovation input of ZN company from the three perspectives of comprehensive innovation efficiency,pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency.The DEA-Malmquist index is used to analyze the dynamic technological innovation efficiency of ZN company,and is compared with the reference sample enterprises.Through analysis,this paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)Compared with similar enterprises,the comprehensive efficiency of ZN company reaches the optimal state in the static analysis of technology research and development stage,but there is still a big gap between ZN company and advanced enterprises in the dynamic analysis.The main reason is that the increase of technical efficiency is lower than that of advanced enterprises,so it is necessary to further improve the efficiency of resource allocation and the level of scale development.(2)The total factor productivity in the commercialization stage of the results of ZN company is lower than that in the research and development stage,which is mainly restricted by the low technical efficiency in the commercialization stage of the results.The slow development speed of new technologies and new products is the main factor leading to the rapid decline of various efficiencies in the commercialization stage of the technical results.(3)In the static analysis of the overall technological innovation process,ZN company is at a leading level,but in the dynamic analysis,the decline rate is large,reflecting that the technology level and factor allocation of ZN company during the investigation period are not fully played,and greater efforts should be made in the efficiency of enterprise operation and management level.In view of the problems existing in the technological innovation process of ZN company,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:optimizing the allocation of innovation input resources,improving the management level of technological innovation,stimulating technological innovation and driving force of achievement transformation. |
