| Promoting the development of forest park tourism industry in different regions of China is not only an important measure to transform the advantages of forest resources into economic advantages,but also an objective requirement to implement the " two mountains " theory.However,at present,there are still some outstanding practical problems in the development of forest park tourism industry in China,such as low efficiency and unbalanced regional development.At the same time,there are few studies on the efficiency convergence of forest park tourism industry,and the possible spatial correlation problem of forest park tourism industry development has not been considered in the existing research.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the high-quality development and regional coordinated development of forest park tourism industry to scientifically measure and analyze the distribution characteristics and differences of forest park tourism industry efficiency in China and various regions,and to identify and explore the spatial convergence characteristics and influencing factors of forest park tourism industry efficiency.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theories of the development and efficiency of forest park tourism industry in theory,and then defines the efficiency of forest park tourism industry.On this basis,it analyzes the formation mechanism of the spatial convergence of forest park tourism industry efficiency from multiple perspectives,and puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper.Secondly,the super efficiency SBM model is used to measure and analyze the efficiency and characteristics of forest park tourism industry.Then,through the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method,the differences in the efficiency of the forest park tourism industry and the sources of differences are analyzed from three perspectives :inter-regional,intra-regional,and super-variable density.Finally,on the basis of spatial correlation analysis,the convergence theory model and spatial panel model are combined to construct a spatial convergence model,and the spatial convergence and formation mechanism of forest park tourism industry efficiency are empirically analyzed.The results of the study indicate that.First,the overall efficiency of the national forest park tourism industry shows a slight downward trend,and the inter-regional imbalance is obvious.It shows that there are some problems in the development of forest park tourism industry in China,such as low efficiency of resource utilization and unreasonable development mode of tourism economy.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the efficiency of forest park tourism industry is characterized by ’ high in the east and low in the west ’,and the development of forest park tourism industry in most areas is still in a relatively ineffective state.In addition,the national forest park tourism industry is gradually developing in the direction of intensification.Scale efficiency is the main reason for the change of forest park tourism industry efficiency,which restricts the overall improvement of total efficiency to a certain extent.The efficiency of the national forest park tourism industry is mainly driven by pure technical efficiency.The eastern pure technical efficiency is the highest,and the western scale efficiency is the highest.Therefore,the future development of forest park tourism industry in different regions has different emphases.Secondly,from 2011 to 2020,the overall difference in the efficiency of the national forest park tourism industry increased,and the differences between the three major regions of the East,the Middle and the West were the main sources of the overall difference in the efficiency of the forest park tourism industry in China.During the study period,the local non-equilibrium of the efficiency of forest park tourism industry in China was strengthened.Among them,the average difference in the efficiency of forest park tourism industry among provinces in the central region was the smallest,and the internal difference in the eastern region was the largest.There is a ’ east-west ’differentiation between regions.Third,from the perspective of stock,there is no significant convergence in the efficiency of forest park tourism industry in China and different regions.From the perspective of increment,there are spatial convergence characteristics in the efficiency of forest park tourism industry in China and different regions.That is,on the basis of considering spatial factors,the growth rate of forest park tourism industry efficiency in late-developing regions is higher than that in early-developing regions,which verifies the research hypothesis of this paper.In the convergence mechanism of forest park tourism industry efficiency,factor input,transportation convenience,forest park density,forestry industrial structure and urbanization degree affect the convergence speed of forest park tourism industry efficiency to varying degrees.In addition,there are problems such as excessive competition in the development of forest park tourism industry between provinces in the whole country and the eastern and central regions,which is not conducive to the coordinated development of inter-provincial forest park tourism industry.However,on the whole,the positive spatial spillover effect between provinces is still dominant.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to promote the efficiency of China ’s forest park tourism industry and promote the coordinated development of the national forest park tourism industry.Different regional governments and forest park tourism developers should formulate different development strategies according to local conditions and promote the overall efficiency of forest park tourism industry when developing forest park tourism industry economy;establish the coordinated development mechanism of forest park tourism industry,play the role of advanced with backward,pay attention to the balanced development of forest park tourism industry,narrow the regional differences;to construct the spatial correlation and interaction mechanism of tourism industry development of provincial forest parks,and to improve the driving effect of tourism industry development of provincial forest parks on surrounding provinces. |
