| Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,the tourism industry has been the first to bear the brunt of the major impact,resulting in an increase in the turnover rate of tour guides.As the front-line staff of the tourism industry,tour guides are one of the important forces to promote the sustainable development of tourism,affecting the healthy and sustainable development of tourism,so how to reduce the turnover rate of tour guides in the context of the normalization of the epidemic has become an urgent problem to be solved,and it is also of great significance to revitalize tourism.This study first clarifies the current research focus of tour guides,and then combs the relevant literature on the sense of organizational support and turnover intention,and combined with the results of the interview,taking job satisfaction as an intermediary variable,this paper constructs a model of the influence of organizational support on the turnover intention of tour guides in Chongqing under the background of the normalization of epidemic situation.304 questionnaires are analyzed by structural equation,and the model is verified.The results show that: 1.Under the background of the normalization of the epidemic,the sense of organizational support is lower,but the turnover intention is higher.2.Under the background of the normalization of the epidemic,the sense of organizational support of tour guides in Chongqing is a three-dimensional structure,which includes value recognition,concern for interests and development support.3.There are no significant differences in gender,working language and marriage.4.There are significant differences in age in job satisfaction,sense of organizational support,dimensional value identity and caring interests.There is also a significant difference in job satisfaction between education level and tour guide grade.5.There is no significant difference in working time except for development support variables.6.except for the significant negative relationship between variable interest concern,job satisfaction and turnover intention,there is no significant relationship between other variables and turnover intention.7.Independent variable sense of organizational support and its three dimensions,except for dimensional development support,all have a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction.8.The sense of organizational support and the three dimensions,except for developmental support,can have a significant relationship with turnover intention through job satisfaction.According to the conclusions of empirical research,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from three aspects: for tour guides,to improve their self-competitiveness;for companies,to increase support for tour guides in terms of value identity and interest concern;and for the country,introduce and implement relevant policies to protect the rights and interests of tour guides. |
