Study On The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Human Settlements In Affordable Housing In Jincheng City

Housing is a matter of basic livelihood security for thousands of families,and has been a major issue of people’s livelihood since ancient times.With the country’s accelerated urbanization,the housing shortage of the middle-low income groups has become a major social problem affecting the livelihood of the nation.In recent years,The Central Committee of the Party and the Government have paid great attention to the housing problem of middle-low income earners.and have continuously improved and developed the housing security system,which has achieved significant results in alleviating the housing pressure of middle-low income people.However,As the scale and number of supported housing increases and the number of people living there increases,the problems derived from its development have become more and more obvious.At present,residents’ standard of living is improving,and their demand for housing has changed from "having a place to live" to "having a good place to live",so How to further improve the living environment quality of affordable housing and improve the living quality of residents has become the focus of efforts of affordable housing in the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct research on the satisfaction of the living environment of affordable housing.In this paper,satisfaction evaluation is introduced into the study of the habitat environment of affordable housing.Based on the analysis of relevant studies at home and abroad,the current situation of the habitat environment of affordable housing in Jincheng City is practically analyzed and its problems are identified.Summarizing the technical standards,relevant literature and taking into account the characteristics of Jincheng’s affordable housing,this paper construct a model of satisfaction with the habitat environment of Jincheng’s affordable housing,and then establish an evaluation index system of satisfaction with the habitat environment of Jincheng’s affordable housing,which includes 7 dimensional layers with 37 three-level indicators.After that,10 representative housing communities were selected as the research objects,and the results of the assessment of satisfaction with the living environment were obtained through field research and entropy method:(1)The overall score of satisfaction with the living environment of housing in Jincheng City is 3.46,which is above the average level.(2)From the perspective of each dimension,the satisfaction level of the living environment from high to low is infrastructure,ecological environment,architectural design,human environment,supporting facilities,residential security,and residential services.From the viewpoint of each type of affordable housing,the satisfaction level of habitat environment from high to low is Shantytown renovation house,restricted commercial housing,public rental housing,affordable housing,and low-cost housing.On this basis,this paper further conducted the analysis of satisfaction with the habitat environment of affordable housing-importance IPA,in order to make the analysis of satisfaction with the habitat environment more comprehensive.(3)Finally,combining with the analysis results,we propose suggestions for improving the habitat environment of affordable housing in Jincheng City: improve the level of construction and renovation to enhance residents’ comfort;rationalize the planning and layout to improve the supporting facilities;strengthen the construction of residential security to improve residents’ sense of security;optimize services to enhance residents’ sense of happiness;Strengthen the building of a humanistic environment for greater cohesion among residents;guide residents’ effective participation and enhance their comprehensive Quality.
