The information transformation of logistics industry is the internal driving force to promote the development of logistics modernization.Especially in the context of the transformation of intelligence and information technology in the global economic competition pattern, information has become an important asset and production factor in the current era.It can promote the transformation of logistics industry with information technology, break the development dilemma of traditional logistics, help logistics industry improve production efficiency and take the road of green and sustainable development.Based on the implementation of the "two-carbon" goal, this paper takes carbon dioxide as the pollution output of the logistics industry, and uses the SBM-Malmquist index model containing unexpected output to calculate the green total factor productivity of the logistics industry in 30 provinces during 2013-2019.It was found that from 2013 to 2019,green total factor productivity of logistics industry showed an evolutionary law of fluctuating rise in time, and showed a downward trend of east-west in space. It is worth noting that the gap between the western region and the central region gradually narrowed and was slightly higher than that of the central region, which was mainly due to the increase of the gap between the logistics development base and development efficiency in the western region.Fourteen indicators were selected from three dimensions to measure the informatization level. The entropy weight method was used to calculate the informatization level indicators of logistics industry in each province during 2013-2019.The results show that the logistics informatization level is still concentrated in the eastern part of the country, and the informatization level in most central and western areas needs to be improved. In order to overcome the endogenous problem between variables and make data regression as unbiased as possible, this paper uses SYS-GMM model to study the influence of informatization level on the green total factor productivity of logistics industry and its influence mechanism. Moreover, from the perspective of FGLR(1992)decomposition of green total factor productivity and spatial heterogeneity of logistics industry, etc. This paper divides our country into three regions with high, middle and low information level, and carries out the study on the driving mechanism of green total factor productivity by logistics informationization level. The results show that:(1)informatization level has a significant positive promoting effect on GTFP of logistics industry.(2)GTFP decomposed by FGLR(1992).Green technology progress is the main factor driving the positive effect of informatization level on GTFP of logistics industry.(3)Our country is divided according to east, middle and west regions. It is concluded that the improvement of informationization level in Midwest region first caused the change of logistics technology and then affected GTFP.However, the eastern region does not rely on a single driving mechanism,so it only promotes the overall GTFP significantly.(4)The growth of GTFP is also driven by GTC in high level and low level informatization areas, but the driving mechanism is not clear in medium level areas due to the mixed distribution and lack of unified logistics strategic leadership.(5)Two variables, the number of domestic patent grants and the investment in education, were introduced to conduct the moderating effect analysis. It was found that the number of domestic patent grants weakened the original main effect, while the investment in education strengthened the original main effect.
