In recent years,with the reform of the banking industry,more and more attention has been paid to the performance appraisal within the banking industry.The performance appraisal concept originally frequently used in general enterprises has been applied to the banking industry,in order to strengthen the management level of the banking industry,improve the quality and efficiency of banking services,and accelerate the service transformation of the banking industry.Department a is subordinate to China Construction Bank.Its business is fully connected with TJ housing provident fund management center.It is the only financial institution storing TJ housing provident fund.Since its establishment,it has been committed to assisting TJ housing provident fund management center to implement national housing security policies and provide customers with high-quality,convenient and efficient provident fund loans and deposit services.As a special member of commercial banks,department a has also implemented the performance appraisal system,but in practice,its performance appraisal system does not give full play to the incentive role of performance appraisal.As a systematic management tool,the Balanced Scorecard’s multi-dimensional and balanced concept can provide some directions for the performance appraisal of department a.This paper takes the window service personnel of department a as the research object.Firstly,it puts forward the research background and significance,reviews the relevant literature and describes the relevant theories.Secondly,it introduces the personnel status of department a,combs the main contents of performance appraisal in detail,then uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the satisfaction of window service personnel performance appraisal and customer satisfaction of department a,and puts forward the problems existing in window service personnel performance appraisal of department a and analyzes its causes through further visit and in-depth understanding.Thirdly,the Balanced Scorecard concept is applied to the performance appraisal system of window service personnel in department a,and a scientific and systematic performance appraisal index system is established.Finally,clarify the principles of performance appraisal of window service personnel in department a and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures.
