Along with the development of people’s lifestyles and the increasingly dense activities of society in general,many people prefer to be able to consume food that is healthy and clean but also practical or easy to make.Especially during unfavorable environmental condition lately,which demands to be able to improve safety,cleanliness and hygiene,and the nutritional benefits of food products marketed by a company.In fact,there are also many incidents of damage or decline in the quality of food products caused by the risks that arise when the product is in the supply chain process of a company.Where the risks that arise tend to come from a series of supply chain management processes from companies that still have weaknesses that allow for the emergence of risks in the process.Therefore,many companies are starting to pay attention to risk management in the supply chain management process for food products distributed by the company.The importance of this research aims is to discover the result of finding any possible riskiest process of the supply chain management process in the company and to finds out any management action that necessary applicable by the company in terms of preventing any losses or cost from the risk occurrence on food supply chain process.The Indonesian Food Company as the object research is the company that produce the healthy food and beverage in a package.The company itself already running their distribution all over the country and export their product.The main supply chain process of the company is focus on their distribution system.The company’s supply chain main focus is concerning on how the distribution can be smoothly reach into as many as possible area reaches out by their product distribution.The research method on Food Supply chain risk management that is used in this research is combining the qualitative and quantitative methods through empirical research and also adopted the method from the House of Risk(HOR).The HOR method is one of the wellknown methods to use for defining the supply chain risk of the company and to help the company to find out the management action of the risk that is being faced by the company as the result of House of Risk analysis method.The House of risk method is based on two phases,the first phase of the HOR method is the HOR 1 to find out the priority rank of the risky event by the calculation from the SCOR Identification risk and assessment.The result of the assessment from HOR 1 is to define the data in the next phase,which is HOR 2.The HOR 2 is to find out the management action or preventive action to avoid any possible risk to happen in the future company’s supply chain management process.This research is finds out about the company’s riskiest process is likely Disruption of communication systems,an error of recording the order,and negligence in the production process.Then also finds out the most applicable and necessary management action as the priority for the company to be applied,namely the order is confirmed back to the customer regarding the name and number of items,create an order form that already has the name and item code,and order records from customers are inputted using an integrated computerized management system.These priority management action on supply chain process that is needed to be handled immediately by the food company management to avoid any risky process from their food supply chain management.
