With the rapid development of national economy and social economy,the financial leasing industry has also achieved rapid development,and the transaction volume of financial leasing has increased year by year.At present,it has become one of the core financing channels of many enterprises in the market.As a new economic means,financial leasing can reduce the risk of bank credit services and meet the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,China’s leasing industry is still in the primary stage,which is not compatible with China’s economic scale,development speed and development level.The leasing industry contains a lot of development opportunities.As an important core for leasing companies to enhance market competitiveness,the importance of human resources is self-evident.Building a high-quality professional talent team and using talent strength to enhance the competitiveness and combat effectiveness of leasing companies in the market are the support and guarantee for the high-quality development of leasing companies.Taking the core brain drain of A financial leasing company as the research object,this paper first summarizes and summarizes the core concepts and theories such as core employees,personnel turnover and employee incentive,and reviews the relevant literature research on core brain drain at home and abroad;Secondly,using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper expounds the current situation of brain drain in A financial leasing company;Then,from the perspective of external environment and internal mechanism,this paper analyzes the important reasons for the core brain drain of A financial leasing company;Finally,it analyzes and summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for the core brain drain of state-owned financial institutions.The results of this paper show that the key reason for the core brain drain of A financial leasing company lies in the imperfect salary incentive,assessment,reward and punishment system;The selection and promotion mechanism is unscientific;Insufficient corporate culture construction,employee development and training management.Through the rational planning of human resources,the paper finally puts forward the problem of paying full attention to the loss of core talents,constantly improving the core talent management system,expanding the development space and promotion channels of employees,establishing a harmonious and unique corporate culture,highlighting and reflecting the humanistic spirit and cultural essence of the enterprise,so that employees can find a good sense of belonging in the enterprise,So that they can fully realize their own value through efforts,so as to reduce the turnover rate of core talents.
