Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises In Shandong Province

The No.1 Document of the Central Committee has focused on the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" for 14 consecutive years,which shows the importance the country attaches to the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and bears on the well-being of the people and overall economic and social development.On the issue of agricultural development,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization shoulder very important responsibilities and missions.The leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization is the pillar of agricultural industrialization.Its development scale and development level determine the scale and level of the whole agricultural industry chain and play a market-oriented role in guiding agricultural production.In our country,agricultural industrialization originated in Shandong at the earliest.By cultivating and expanding leading enterprises,Shandong Province has promoted the level of agricultural industrialization management and become the growth point of "three rural" economy in Shandong Province.However,by analyzing the development status of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province,it is found that there are still some problems,such as incomplete industrial chain,unsound system and mechanism,and insufficient scientific and technological innovation ability,which need to be solved by strengthening guidance and support for the development of leading enterprises.Shandong’s "14th Five-Year Plan" is committed to creating a "Qilu model" of rural revitalization.It needs to speed up the development and improve the quality of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization.In order to conduct a scientific evaluation and research on the business performance of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province and explore the relevant factors affecting the business performance level,this paper is based on the relevant theories of the business performance evaluation of enterprises,and takes the literature analysis method,the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,and the case analysis method as the research method.First of all,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the status quo and problems of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province,a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization was constructed,including profitability,operating capacity,development capacity and solvency.Secondly,ZL Food(Shandong)Co.,LTD.,a representative national key agricultural industrialization leading enterprise in Shandong Province,is taken as the case study,and entropy weight method is used as the analysis tool to calculate the business performance value of the sample enterprises.Then,according to the results of empirical analysis,various adverse factors affecting the business performance of the sample enterprises were found,and compared with the same industry enterprises,the common problems affecting the business performance of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province were obtained.Finally,according to the research conclusions,relevant suggestions were put forward to improve the operation performance of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province.
