| In the era of rapid development of big data and the Internet,enterprises are facing more fierce competition from home and abroad,and the competition between enterprises in the final analysis is the competition of human resources.Compensation management is one of the important tasks of enterprise human resources management.A good and effective salary management system can not only achieve the business objectives of the enterprise,but also reasonably control the cost of enterprise human resources and improve the overall satisfaction of employees.At present,small and medium-sized science and technology innovation enterprises are faced with problems such as large employee mobility,serious talent loss,and difficulty in recruiting suitable talents.In order to survive and develop in the new environment,they must pay attention to the role of people.Scientific and reasonable salary management system is the key to successful human resource management.In this paper,we conduct in-depth investigation and analysis of the existing compensation management system of XX Environmental Protection Company,and combined with the company’s management strategy to timely introduce broadband compensation management system.The paper first combines the current situation of XX Environmental Protection Company,expounds the background and significance of salary system research,and then introduces the design ideas,research content,chapter arrangement and innovation of this paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes the theory of broadband compensation,introduces the scope of broadband compensation,and summarizes the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad.Then,by analyzing the basic situation of the company and the compensation satisfaction questionnaire,the problems and reasons of the current XX environment protection company compensation management system are proposed.Then,combined with the post analysis and post value evaluation results of XX Environmental Protection Company,the broadband compensation system was designed,tested the designed broadband compensation system for a small trial,and adjusted according to the trial feedback.Finally,it further expounds the XX environmental protection measures for the implementation of broadband compensation system.The research hopes to solve some problems by optimizing the existing salary system that currently hinder the development of the company,improve employee satisfaction and enhance its market competitiveness,so as to retain key talents,attract more foreign talents and promote faster and better development of the company. |
