Research On The Integration And Optimization Of SF Acquisition And Kerry Logistics Based On The Value Chain

With the development of economic globalization,information technology and integration,industrial upgrading and innovative development have injected new vitality into the express industry,and the scope,dimension and complexity of enterprise competition have been improved.In order to seize market share,express enterprises choose to enhance their competitiveness through strategic mergers and acquisitions.How to integrate after the merger and acquisition determines whether the merger and acquisition enterprise can effectively utilize and integrate the resources of both sides to enhance the overall core competitiveness.However,most companies ultimately fail to achieve the expected merger value due to poor integration.Based on this,after sorting out the current theories related to merger and acquisition integration,this paper believes that the value chain integration after merger and acquisition of enterprises is an ideal integration concept,because the value chain theory is highly systematic and extensive in practical application.This paper adopts the literature research method,case analysis method,with logistics enterprises and kerry logistics as the research object,on the basis of the related theory,combing the domestic and foreign scholars of mergers and acquisitions integration research,collect relevant statistical data,analyze the motivation of mergers and acquisitions,according to the merger and acquisition,analysis of merger integration problems and reasons.In view of the problems existing in the integration,the integration and optimization ideas are proposed based on the perspective of the value chain,and the integration and optimization design of the internal and external value chain is carried out,and the optimization safeguard measures are also put forward.This paper believes that: as enterprises are affected by various factors of cross-border mergers and acquisitions,Cultural conflict between mergers and acquisitions in different countries is inevitable,Based on the business,finance,system and other problems existing in the merger and acquisition integration,Under the goal of improving their core competitiveness and realizing the goal of maximizing customer value,By analyzing the matching degree of the value chain of both sides,From the strategy,business,culture and customer’s internal value chain and the horizontal and vertical value chain in the external value chain,Finally,enterprises should pay attention to the effect of the value chain integration after the completion of the merger and acquisition,Through the dynamic monitoring and continuous optimization of the value chain,To achieve the goal of merger and acquisition and integration,Realize the original intention of the merger and acquisition,At the same time,I hope that the research in this paper can provide some thinking for SF acquisition of Kerry Logistics.
