Study On Rural Family Pension In Pingxiang County,Hebei Province

Population Population aging has become the most concerned topic in all countries in the world,especially for China,which has the largest population in the world,population aging has a huge impact on social stability and national development.At the beginning of the 21 st century,the problem of China’s aging population has already appeared,and with the passage of time,this problem gradually becomes prominent.One of them is rural old-age care.Due to the large proportion of the rural population,the pension issue of the rural elderly has become the focus of the whole society.However,how to accurately capture the pension pain points and solve them in time,and how to help children smoothly solve the pension pressure will become the top priority in the development of our next.In the process of this research,the author uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and field research method to define the concepts related to the elderly,pension,pension model.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism theory and social support theory,the author deeply explores the current situation of rural family pension in Pingxiang County,Hebei Province.And the basic situation of the elderly,family living conditions,health conditions,economic conditions,medical conditions and appeals of the comprehensive analysis,targeted at the current rural family pension problems in Pingxiang County,Hebei Province,and give corresponding suggestions.The results show that: first,rural family pension income,living care,basic social insurance,medical service level,pension infrastructure and living standard are still at a low level in Pingxiang County,Hebei Province;In addition,the family pension model is still the main,diversified pension model common development.Secondly,there are five problems in the rural family pension model in this county: insufficient pension fund,degradation of family pension function,lack of rural medical resources,solidified traditional pension thought,and lack of spiritual comfort for the elderly.Third,in view of the above main problems,the author designs from the elderly themselves,family,government and society four perspectives to solve the problem of rural family pension: first,increase the fund security of the elderly;Second,strengthen the publicity to create an atmosphere of filial piety for the elderly;Third,promote the development of rural medical and health undertakings and enhance health security;Fourth,change the concept of endowment,develop diversified endowment mode;Fifth,we will improve the self-development and self-protection capabilities of the elderly in rural areas.
