The Research On Old-age Security In Anhui Rural Areas Against The Backdrop Of The Aging Of Population

The aging of the population is the product of human economic and social development to a certain stage,with the implementation of family planning policy, the birth rate of population in Anhui Province annually declines,population age structure changes, in Anhui Province in 1998 the proportion of over 65 years of age of the total population has reached 7.02%, in accordance with international standards has already entered an aging society. Statistics show that more than 65 years in Anhui Province, more than 70% of the population live in rural areas,the aging of the rural population was facing a grim situation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the aging of the population in Anhui Province,and on old-age security to the challenges posed by model in rural areas. Propose the establishment and improvement of family-based old-age social pension supplement and enhance the capacity of rural old-age persons themselves,to explore and improve the diversification of the rural old-age form of mechanism to speed up construction of rural communities in old-age pension and other social forms of rural old-age security model . In this paper, from six aspects and analysis of the aging of the population in Anhui Province and the rural old-age security is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is to study the theoretical basis. This chapter is mainly for the following chapters of this article on the problem description and provide a theoretical basis and foundation. Divided into three sections.Section I is to define the basic concepts. Section II Review of relevant studies. Section III is a research methods and thesis structureThe next chapter is to introduce the status of the aging of the population in Anhui Province and in summary to forecast the trend of aging. This chapter is mainly for the following argument in Anhui Province to provide old-age security based on reality. This chapter is divided into three main parts: the first part is introduced to the aging of the population in Anhui Province and the characteristics of the status quo. The second part uses simply some data to predict the aging of the population of Anhui Province under the trend. The third part is the use of these data to illustrate trends in the aging of the rural population in Anhui ProvinceChapter III is a description and analysis of status of old-age security in rural areas in Anhui Province. This chapter mainly from four areas introduces the sound of the current situation of the rural old-age pension. The first part is introduced to the family pension, family pension is currently mainly in rural areas the old-age pension form, but is also encountered by many challenges, mainly to introduce the second part of social old-age social pension is the core of the rural social endowment insurance system problem is the need for further refinement. The third part is mainly elderly old-age. Four measures are made, it is divided into four main sections: Section I mainly stressed the primacy of family pension. Although the family now has faced many problems, under the present conditions it is still the main form of pension, this section is divided into two main points: firstly the status of the family pension. The second is how to strengthen the leading position of the family pension. Section II is mainly on how to improve and speed up in the rural areas the pace of old-age security system. From the future development trend, old-age security depends on the country's system. Therefore, improving the rural social old-age insurance system is the core of the building. Section III is how to do a good job from the elderly to protect their own themselves. In the current challenges facing the family pension and old-age security system are imperfect, the old-age pension has become more important. To improve the capacity of the elderly pensions is to raise their income levels. Section IV will examine the other forms of rural old-age. As a result of China's regional imbalance, the region is not necessarily the same as old-age form, and to explore the region in line with the old-age form is very important. This section introduces other forms of the following: Five Guaranteed dependent form ,social assistance,old-age savings or commercial old-age insurance, old-age communities.Part VI is the last part. The last part is the conclusion: the aging of the population is the results of human economic and social development, the aging of the population will bring a great impact to economic and social development, a good solution can accelerate the economic and social development, on the contrary will bring a negative impact to economic and social development. So, to resolve the elderly population issue in Anhui Province, the issue of old-age security in rural areas in particular is very important. according to the forecast of the aging of the population peak in 2030 will arrive, with the acceleration of urbanization in Anhui Province, a large number of young people move to cities and employ and promote the development of the rural population aging, the aging of the rural population is in the future in An hui Province one of important social problems. Not before the arrival of the peak, so a certain degree of preparation is necessary. Therefore, at present, on the one hand, in addition to developing the rural economy, in order to lay the material basis and economic fundamentals for solving the problem of aging .The most important thing is the establishment and improvement of rural old-age security system. However, the current economic strength is not strong in Anhui Province, should you follow a family which dominated the old security, social old-age pension system as a supplement to enhance the capacity of rural old-age pension itself, and to explore the diversification of the rural old-age form, to speed up the rural communities mechanism for the construction of comprehensive old-age security road in rural areas.
