| Organization performance management as a long-term,healthy and sustainable method of tools and means used by all walks of life and enterprise,the organization of the effective performance management and appraisal can effectively activate organization,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and guarantee the sustainable development of enterprises,especially in recent years,under the background of the outbreak,the global economic downturn,consumption ability,enterprise competition.For production-oriented enterprises,the upgrading of manufacturing mode is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to enter high-quality development.At the same time,with the continuous advancement of China Smart Manufacturing 2025 and the development of market economy,the concept of intelligent manufacturing has gained popularity.Enterprises in all walks of life hope to improve production efficiency through intelligent manufacturing.After the rapid development of non-standard automation equipment manufacturing industry in recent years,it is more in need of a performance management assessment system suitable for its own development,which organically combines the company’s strategy,resources,business and actions to meet the needs of the rapid development of the organization.The research analysis is based on LK non-standard equipment company now organization performance management present situation and existing problems.Through analyzing a lot of researches of the domestic and foreign on organization performance appraisal management and by means of questionnaire investigation,interviewing,we will explore new company organization performance management appraisal system,adapting to the development.LK Non-standard Equipment Company,as a manufacturing enterprise,focuses on the manufacturing,delivery quality and after-sales guarantee of non-standard equipment.At present,there are 102 people in the manufacturing center,accounting for43% of the total staff of LK non-standard Equipment Company,which takes a large proportion and plays an important role in the company.Therefore,this research takes the manufacturing staff of LK Non-standard Equipment Company as the research object to analyze and study the whole process management of performance appraisal of the employees in the manufacturing Center of LK Non-standard Equipment Company.The review and summary of each process of manufacturing employee performance assessment are as follows: Firstly,from how the company’s strategic goal sinks to the establishment of first-level indicators of the company,and then further decompose to the organizational performance indicators of LK non-standard equipment company’s manufacturing center,manufacturing Department,production management Department and after-sales service Department,and then implement the personal performance indicators of employees in the Center.Secondly,this study makes targeted improvement analysis on the communication and feedback of performance appraisal results,performance improvement and application of performance results after the index is determined.Finally,relevant safeguard measures are formulated to ensure the implementation of the optimized employee performance appraisal system.For example,the guarantee and cooperation of the senior management team of LK non-standard equipment company,performance-related training,the creation of a performance culture atmosphere in which everyone participates,the establishment of a more scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,and the construction of the digitalization and cockpit of the performance appraisal management of LK Nonstandard Equipment company in order to obtain more scientific,fair and just performance appraisal data.Finally,through a lot of reading and analysis of domestic and foreign research on the performance appraisal of enterprise employees,with the help of questionnaires,interviews and other ways to better complete the research writing of this research. |
