| Today’s society is changing rapidly under the background of globalization.In order to adapt to the fast-paced development,seize the market and get more orders so as to gain more profits,the operation management and development direction of enterprises are put forward a strict test under this severe environment.In order to meet customers’ timeliness of product stage development,new products must be developed within limited resources and time to meet customers’ customized needs.In this context,Y Company established the organizational structure of dividing projects by product lines,and established BU team according to product lines to promote the development and process of projects to meet the urgent delivery needs of customers.However,in this case,team communication affects the advancement and direction of the project,and the effectiveness and efficiency of team communication as well as the results conveyed directly affect the success of the project.According to the product line,Y company is divided into five product application screen detection equipment teams,namely consumer electronics,smart wearable,BMS,semiconductor and industrial interconnection.This paper focuses on the communication of Y Company’s screen detection equipment BU team as the starting point,and analyzes the actual situation and existing problems of the communication between the team.The survey design is carried out from human resource management theory,organization theory,project management combined with project communication management theory,and questionnaire research is conducted on the communication status and problems of BU team.By summarizing and analyzing the sample data,the analysis results of the questionnaire survey are obtained.The investigation and analysis show that Y company’s objective factors,customer factors,environmental factors,project factors,information management system factors,communication and decision-making factors,etc.,have a significant impact on team communication.In view of these influencing factors,the communication strategy and safeguard measures of BU team are proposed.First,a good communication mechanism is established to improve the efficiency of communication.The second is to establish a "flat" organizational structure,reduce the level of communication,improve the accuracy and timeliness of communication;Third,improve the communication ability of managers,create a good team culture atmosphere,improve the effectiveness of communication;Fourth,expand the channels of communication,establish formal and informal communication,traditional and modern communication methods,improve the comprehensiveness of communication;Fifth,establish a harmonious and open cultural atmosphere,so that everyone can participate in the management of the enterprise as much as possible,improve the enthusiasm of team communication;Sixth,the establishment of multi-faceted evaluation of performance assessment standards,and optimize the salary structure,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,promote the sustainable development of the enterprise. |
