In the past decade,China’s home furnishing industry has achieved a sudden rise based on the rapid development of real estate.With the arrival of the stock era of the real estate market,China’s home furnishing industry is also gradually breaking away from the real estate bundle and stepping out of its own new industrial cycle.In this materialistic era,consumers not only buy home products,It is a holistic space solution for the pursuit of a better life.With the progress of technology and the introduction of new concepts such as Internet + ubiquitous home furnishing,the home furnishing industry will usher in a new round of transformation and upgrading.Domestic household enterprises grow up from the rough stage,or the governance structure is unreasonable,or the boss’ s personal heroism,generally has not formed a professional management organization and system;When the industry competition to a certain stage,it is necessary to rely on high organization operation management ability.Whether the enterprise needs the rapid adaptation of the management system for business expansion or the support of compound talents for the strategic transformation of the organization,excellent management talents in essence are the core elements that affect the gap between the development of the organization and the competition.Therefore,as a matter of urgency,it is the most critical issue for enterprises to achieve strategic development to build a team of competent management cadres.As A representative of small and medium-sized private enterprises,Company A is undergoing a transformation from the opportunity growth stage to the mature stage.It is faced with many problems of organization and talent development: unclear division of labor in organizational structure and serious internal friction;Management maturity is low,more rely on human rule,lack of process and supervision mechanism;Middle management cadre training system basic blank,talent echelon fault serious problems.In view of the many problems existing in Company A,this paper deliberately selects the training system of middle management cadres of key talents to support the realization of strategy as the research object.On the basis of learning relevant theories of training,combined with questionnaire survey and sampling interview,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of middle management cadre training in Company A,and summarizes the causes of the problems.Finally,based on strategic orientation,practical principles and systematic principles,A training system scheme suitable for middle management cadres of Company A is constructed according to local conditions,and the operation system,support system and two core resource systems supporting the training system process are optimized and upgraded in multiple dimensions.In addition,from the organizational level,system construction,Incentive mechanism and cultural atmosphere and other four aspects of the training system to build the implementation of safeguards.By optimizing the middle management cadre training system for key talents of Company A,we can accelerate the batch reproduction of high-quality management cadre team of Company A and promote the realization of strategic transformation of Company A.
