At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech,mentioning "innovation" 15 times,and made a series of plans,emphasizing that "putting innovation first",enhancing the technological innovation capability of enterprises and stimulate the innovation vitality of talents.With the development of international and domestic science and technology and the increasing competition in the market environment,the uncertainty of enterprise development increases,to maintain the competitive advantage of the organization in a highly changing environment is to constantly improve the independent innovation ability of the enterprise,and the innovation of the enterprise and the organization ultimately comes from the innovation ability of employees,and the creativity of employees is an important premise of innovation.In addition,the improvement of enterprise competitiveness and the change of employees’ personal needs are all promoting the transformation of organizational management mode.As a leadership style that encourages subordinates to participate in management,authorized leadership gradually enters people’s field of vision and is sought after by many managers.Practice shows that this leadership style will indeed have certain effects on employees’ attitudes and behaviors.The mechanism and boundary conditions of the impact of authorized leadership on employee creativity need to be further explored.Therefore,exploring the influence mechanism of empowered leadership on employee creativity is the starting point of this study.This paper is in the above context,based on the theory of social exchange,selfdetermination theory,regulatory focus theory to explore the influence of empowering leadership on employee creativity,build the mediation variable,promote regulatory focus and defensive focus as regulatory variable model,strive to explore the relationship between empowering leadership and creativity,different trait types of regulation focus will regulate the relationship of creativity.Firstly,to review the relevant documents of empowering leadership,career calling,employee creativity and trait regulation focus and summarize Assumptions and assumptions of models.Secondly,by matching questionnaire survey on in-service employees in the work of different types of enterprises and their directly affiliated leaders,310 research data were finally obtained,and to use SPSS22.0 and AMOS23.0 to count and analyze the proposed assumptions one by one.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Empowering leadership has a significant positive impact on employee creativity.(2)Empowering leadership has a significant positive impact on career calling.(3)Career calling has a significant positive impact on employee creativity.(4)Career calling mediated the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity.(5)The promotion focus positively moderates the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity.(6)The prevention focus negatively moderates the relationship between empowering leadership and employee creativity.Based on the research results,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management atmosphere of enterprise authorization and promoting the management practice of employees’ creativity level from the aspects of encouraging managers to authorize,paying attention to employees’ sense of mission and paying attention to personalized management atmosphere.
