| The country currently attaches great importance to the development trends of MSMEs and considers them to have significant and irreplaceable utility in promoting employment and innovation.However,micro and small enterprises have their own special characteristics,which are reflected in their unstable scale,weak financial and operational capabilities,and low credit qualifications,etc.These factors also lead to a wide range of risk indices within micro and small enterprises,and based on the measurement of risk,financial institutions generally raise their financing standards for micro and small enterprises to varying degrees.At present,the state actively encourages and introduces various policies to small and micro enterprises,and banking institutions also respond positively to create more space for the development of small and micro enterprises with more perfect and considerate financial services.In the active response to micro and small enterprises loan problems,how to mechanism and systemic prevention of micro and small enterprises credit risk has become the academic and practical concerns.In this paper,the research vision is placed on the discussion of specific cases,taking Company H as the base,firstly,the background and significance of the credit risk management of micro and small enterprises in Nanjing Branch are briefly explained,and then the concept and theory of micro and small enterprises and credit risk are discussed,providing a solid foundation for the subsequent research.After that,the actual situation of micro and small enterprise credit business in Nanjing Branch is observed,and the problems and causes of risk management are discussed in a hierarchical manner by means of interviews and questionnaires,mainly from the dimensions of risk identification and assessment,early warning and prevention,and control and resolution;finally,a set of targeted management optimization countermeasures is summarized and explained from the theoretical perspective and based on the current situation of risk management in Nanjing Branch obtained from the previous observations;finally,the aforementioned countermeasures are discussed in support of the program,mainly from the perspectives of strategy Finally,we will discuss the support options for the aforementioned countermeasures,mainly from the perspective of strategy,system,etc.This paper focuses on the risk management control of SME loan business as the core of the discussion,and takes Company H as the actual case,which has certain practical significance and brings some inspiration for other related business development. |
