Research On Profit Model Optimization Of P E-Commerce Platform Company

With the rapid development of economy and the significant improvement of people’s consumption level,e-commerce enterprises came into being.The existing business models of e-commerce platforms tend to be homogeneous,the horizontal competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the industry ecology is severe.In order to maintain the core competitiveness and lasting profits in the market competition,e-commerce platform enterprises must find a profit model suitable for our own development.Whether e-commerce platform enterprises can maintain steady operation and sustainable development in the competition is a subject worthy of attention and research.Company P completed the whole process from establishment to listing in a very short time,and squeezed into the forefront of the e-commerce industry with the innovative model of "social + e-commerce".At the same time,problems in the operation of company P are also very prominent.Taking P company the research object,this paper first analyzes the environment faced by P company by using PEST and other analysis tools,and then matches the key factors affecting the development of P company.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation of P company’s profit model from the perspective of enterprise financialization,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward five aspects to optimize P company’s profit model,such as controlling business expenses,improving platform service quality,improving business entry,increasing revenue channels,and building the core competitiveness of the platform,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the optimized profit model.It is suggested that P company guarantees from human,financial,system,group,culture and other five aspects.It is hoped that the research of this paper will be beneficial to the development of P company,and provide a full reference for other companies trying to enter the e-commerce industry.
