| With the development of the age,many industries take place the great changes,production factors also has change.if a company wants to development under the fierce competition,company should turn its thinking way,because human resource have become a critical element in the growth of businesses,company should pay attention to the human resource,when staff put their whole heat into company,company can develop better.Company should think some problem,for example how to encourage employee to do attribution for company.Salary is an important way in encourage staff,it can make staff become more involved,so employee can do more attribution and company can development better.H company is growing fast when its business start to increase,but the big enterprise is facing much problem.for example,employees’ work become chaotic,they have low salary level.This problem arise staff’s negative attitude,they reluctant to put whole heart into work.Optimize salary system can solve this problem and help company development.secondly,increasing salary range of change,to optimize salary system solve post restrictions;finally,we can carry out protective measures in salary system,for example,strengthen propaganda,build performance system and broaden promotion channel.According to analyse H company human resource system and salary system.we also can combine a survey by questionnaire about post system,salary system and performance system.H company have many problem,for example,unfair in salary,conservative channel in prompt salary and insufficient incentives.its reasons can conclude an old human resource management system,this system has fallen behind,salary system can not adapt market competition,performance result can not be apply in many situation.To solve this problem,first of all,to job analysis optimize post system and complete the post value evaluation;Through the research of this project,I hope to solve some problem of H company in salary system.H company human resource system can obtain greater improvement and well development when this problem can be solved. |
