At present,China’s tourism industry has gradually transitioned from attraction tourism to all-area tourism,and the tourism mode based on leisure and vacation tourism has gradually replaced the tourism mode based on sightseeing.In the context of regional tourism,the definition of tourism resources has gone beyond attractions,and its value connotation and external environment have been changed,which requires scientific assessment from the perspective of regional tourism.However,there is no systematic theoretical research in this field,and there is no set of assessment methods suitable for tourism resources in the perspective of holistic tourism,which can provide scientific basis for the development of tourism resources assessment.In view of this,this thesis establishes a comprehensive assessment system for tourism resources in the perspective of regional tourism,in order to fill the gap in the field of tourism resource assessment research and provide reference for the development and utilization of tourism resources.This thesis conducts a study on the construction and application of tourism resource assessment system in the perspective of total tourism.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the thesis research is clarified according to the claim of the construction of tourism resources assessment system in the perspective of all-area tourism;the relevant concepts and research objects,contents and methods are explained,and the research framework is formulated.And through the literature review,we understand the concept and characteristics of the all-region tourism,and learn the methods and contents of tourism resources assessment;combined with the relevant theories,we determine the value connotation of tourism resources under the perspective of all-region tourism and the constituent elements,and establish the basic framework of indicators.Secondly,combined with the construction of the basic index framework,29 tourism resource assessment factors are initially determined by literature reading and frequency statistics,and combined with 215 collected basic data questionnaires,9 public factors and 27 screened index factors are extracted by principal component analysis,while the screened indexes are categorized and weighted for scoring,as the final tourism resource assessment in the perspective of all-region tourism The index system is constructed.Again,the hierarchical structure of the tourism resource index evaluation system from the perspective of the whole area tourism is constructed,including 1 target layer(A),4dimensional layer(B)indexes,9 domain layer(C)indexes,and 27 index layer(D)indexes;the weight values of the indexes are determined by the combination of Delphi method and hierarchical analysis,and the scoring method of the percentage system and 27 scoring criteria are set,and the indexes derived from the principal component analysis and hierarchical analysis are used to determine the weight values of the indexes.The weights of the indicators derived from the principal component analysis and hierarchical analysis were used to determine the weights of the indicators and set the scoring system and 27 scoring criteria.Finally,taking Miyun District,Beijing as an example,we evaluate the tourism resources and conclude that the overall tourism resources of Miyun District are of good quality,rich in stock,and with great potential,and can build a spatial development pattern of "one center,four belts,and multiple cores" in the future.It can build a world-class ecological leisure and cultural innovation tourism destination through the thematic integration of the whole area resources,the creation of the whole area resource types and the guarantee of the whole area mechanism.
