| China’s property management industry has experienced 40 years of development.By the end of 2020,there were more than 230,000 property companies nationwide,with 35 billion square meters of industry management area and a total revenue of 623.3 billion yuan,property industry practitioners have more than 10 million.Property management as a service industry,in the opportunity is also facing a severe test.As a subsidiary of DH Group,DH property company has been providing property services for the development of DH Group,and has not developed a long-term development strategy of the property company.In this fast-changing market economy situation,the enterprise is still in the continuous groping across the river stage,there is a greater survival crisis,so the DH property company to carry out strategic research has a strong practical significance.This paper selects DH Property Company as the research object,summarizes its corporate situation,and explains its development status from the organization management,management volume and business format,and analyzes the company’s shortcomings in strategic management.The PEST analysis method was used to study the macro environment of DH Property Company,and the Porter Five Forces Model was used to analyze the property industry environment and analyze the internal environment of the company to obtain the SWOT matrix.The AHP hierarchy model is constructed,and through the analysis of the four-quadrant coordinate system method,it is concluded that the company should adopt a pioneering strategy,specifically a horizontal integration strategy,and put forward the implementation steps of the strategy,and finally put forward safeguard measures.Through this study,I hope DH property company in the increasingly competitive market environment to develop a suitable development strategy to maintain competitive advantage,and hope to provide reference for other property companies to develop strategies. |
