With the rapid development of social economy,human capital has become an important indicator to measure the core competitiveness of enterprises.As an important means of continuously increasing the value of human capital,employee training has been in an increasingly important strategic position in enterprises.The station attendants play a very important bridge role in the railway transportation organization and is the command center of the station’s driving and shunting work.The quality and working ability of railway station attendants directly affect the service efficiency of the entire railway industry.At this stage,the existing human resources of the station attendants of Lanzhou Bureau Group Company are difficult to adapt to the requirements of the leapfrog development of the railway,the overall quality of the station attendant team does not match the development of the railway,there is a big gap between the training methods,concepts,curriculum systems and advanced human resource management systems.In the face of the innovation of the railway bureau station section and the adjustment of the layout of the productivity,how to optimize and improve the training program of the Lanzhou bureau station attendant,improve the training effect and quality,and better support the rapid and sustainable development of the enterprise has become an important research topic that the company needs to solve urgently.This paper takes Lanzhou Bureau Group Company as the research object,selects the station attendant training program as the research theme,and based on the investigation and research on the development status of the station watchman training program,based on the training demand theory,adult learning theory,Kirkpatrick training evaluation model and other related employee training theories.Comprehensively sorted out the current training program for station attendants,including training organization arrangements,training courses,training venues and equipment,training teachers,training methods,etc.,and used questionnaire survey and interview methods to deeply analyze the main problems of the station attendant training program,such as insufficient analysis of training needs,unreasonable setting of training frequency and training volume,lack of pertinence of training content,single training methods that are not flexible enough,and failure to establish an effective training evaluation system.Then an in-depth analysis was made on the main causes of the current training program,mainly due to the insufficient attention of the company’s management,the imperfect construction of the training organization system,the lack of quality control in the training process,the serious lag in the construction of the training team,and the imperfect training incentive mechanism.Then,in view of the existing problems and causes,the current training program is optimized and designed on this basis,the main contents include improving the analysis of individual training needs,optimizing the content of training courses,enriching training methods,improving the management process of training instructors,and establishing a scientific training evaluation system.Finally,to ensure that the training optimization program of the station attendant can be implemented,a series of optimization program guarantee measures are proposed,such as corporate culture guarantee,management guarantee,system guarantee,resource guarantee,etc.The optimization of the station attendant training program will help Lanzhou Bureau Group Company to further improve the effect and quality of employee training,so that the station attendants can better adapt to the reform of the railway bureau management system and the adjustment of the layout of the station transportation productivity,it will help Lanzhou Bureau Group Company maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
