The competition in the banking industry is increasingly fierce,but the homogeneity of banks is still very serious,and the products and service models of banks are basically the same.Therefore,in the changing economic environment,the construction of talent team can enhance the competitiveness and stability of enterprises.Commercial banks have attracted more and more young people to join because of the fast pace of development and strong challenges.As one of the joint-stock banks,SPDB Lanzhou Branch regularly recruits new employees every year to expand the talent team,and develops the potential of employees by strengthening employee training,so as to provide talents for all positions.However,in recent years,problems in the training of new employees have gradually emerged.The staff’s demand for training has not been met,the training content deviates from the actual work,the talent reserve is insufficient and other problems have begun to affect the development of banking business.SPDB Lanzhou Branch also found it necessary to pay attention to the training of new employees and the construction of talent team.This thesis takes the new employee training system of Lanzhou Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank as the research object,combines the relevant theories of employee training,and fully understands the company’s development summary,the basic situation of employees and the current situation of the new employee training system of Lanzhou Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank through questionnaires,interviews,etc.At the same time,the data and results of the survey were collated and analyzed to find out the problems and causes in the training.The specific optimization scheme is proposed from three aspects of the training operation system,resource system and system system.And provide safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the optimization plan from four aspects of resources,organization,system and culture.By optimizing the new employee training system,I hope that the research results of this thesis can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the new employee training work of SPDB Lanzhou Branch,improve the new employee training effect and promote the company’s development;It can also provide reference for other commercial banks in improving staff training management.
