| In today’s society,the pressure of enterprise competition is increasing,inventory for enterprises,occupy not only the warehouse,but a large amount of money,if you can’t control the inventory,may lead to excess and insufficient inventory.Insufficient inventory will lose sales,make customers dissatisfied,and lead to operational bottlenecks;Conversely,excess inventory can take up too many resources,which could yield greater benefits if used elsewhere.This thesis mainly studies the inventory management of raw materials and auxiliary materials of petrochemical group companies,and on the basis of domestic and foreign inventory management research and analysis,summarizes and thinks about the relevant literature of inventory management,explores and summarizes the main problems in the process of raw materials inventory management of petrochemical group.Guided by the problems in the inventory management process of raw materials and accessories of the petrochemical group,the relevant theories of inventory and inventory management are comprehensively used,and the questionnaire method and interview method,ABC classification method,demand forecasting method and other methods are used to propose the specific optimization plan of the inventory management of raw materials and accessories of the petrochemical group for specific problems.First,in view of the problem of inaccurate steam demand forecasting of enterprises in the park,through qualitative analysis,the analysis and comparison of several models in SPSS software,such as moving average weighting method,exponential smoothing method and ARIMA modeling,the optimal model is selected,and the problem of inaccurate demand prediction is solved;The second is to address the safety inventory management problem of raw materials and accessories of the petrochemical group company,first of all,the use of ABC classification method to classify existing materials,select key materials coal,according to the safety stock calculation formula,calculate the safety inventory of coal,solve the problem of blind hoarding,and greatly reduce the company’s inventory management costs;The third is to set unreasonable problems for performance appraisal indicators,optimize the indicators on the basis of the original appraisal indicators,and set different inventory management indicators for units of different natures,which improves the company’s personnel attention to inventory management and strengthens the management awareness of inventory management personnel.This thesis aims to improve the company’s inventory management level,can solve the company’s empirical decision inventory management status quo,while reducing inventory management costs,improve profit margins,increase the company’s market competitiveness,and finally hope to provide the same type of enterprises with inventory management experience and model. |
