China today is in history of a rare strategic opportunity period of development, actively implement the strategy of national infrastructure construction is to meet the needs of the country’s overall strategy, but also meet the people’s growing demand for public resources. Since 2008, the state began to invest heavily in infrastructure construction, the domestic highway, railway, subway, municipal and other projects showing explosive growth, the SH group in order to adapt to the trend of development of the industry, also began to enter the field of infrastructure construction, but to enter new industries often feel powerless, the main problem is the talent, enterprises lack of infrastructure construction field rich professional knowledge and rich practical experience of industry professionals is a major bottleneck restricting the rapid development of infrastructure.Then how to build a excellent professional knowledge and practical experience rich, the enterprise has deep feelings for the infrastructure construction of stable personnel, the author believes that in addition to a few people can directly to the external environment to obtain, most should also be from the enterprise internal mining, culture. To establish a set of scientific and effective, to comply with the law of talent development and in line with the actual situation of enterprise personnel training, training system is the urgent task of enterprise personnel strategy. The author believes that the training based on competency model is an effective way to solve the problem.This paper focuses on the research of "SH enterprise staff training based on competency models, this paper research content mainly includes three aspects:first, summed up the theoretical basis of the research content from a number of related documents, according to the domestic and foreign recognized basic theoretical research to determine the final focus of this paper; secondly, to a detailed and systematic analysis on the current situation of SH enterprise training, on this basis, looking for enterprises in training management problems; finally, combined with the competency model, put forward the solution competency model based on staff training, hoping to improve the SH enterprise employee training level, to solve the problem of talent in the short board in the field of infrastructure, but also provide a useful reference for other enterprises.
