| In October 2016,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council pointed out in the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan that we should actively promote integrating health and pension,tourism,fitness,leisure,and other industries,and formulated industry standards and norms for health and medical tourism,encourage and support the development of TCM health tourism and build a health service industry cluster.The introduction of this policy means that China’s national sub-health and population aging has entered a stage of high attention,how to improve the health quality of people and deal with the increasingly severe aging situation,has become an unavoidable problem.In addition,the outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 has brought threats and challenges to life and health,which has driven the people from pure material pursuit to high attention of health and quality of life.The awakening of national health awareness has put forward higher requirements for social production and life.As a new form of business related to multiple industries,health and wellness tourism not only meets the diversified needs of consumers for health,but also develops the ecological economy and green economy according to the concept of "two mountains",which has been vigorously promoted and widely concerned.Qiandongnan miao and dong autonomous prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Qiandongnan),which located in the southeast of Guizhou province,inhabited by33 ethnic groups,excellent ecological environment,ethnic culture,rich species resources,constitute the Qiandongnan colorful ecological ethnic cultural landscape,attracting a great deal of tourists at home and abroad.However,from the perspective of current economic development,the total GDP of Qiandongnan ranks the lowest among the 9 cities and states.Therefore,the development of health care tourism is a inevitable choice for Qiandongnan to vigorously implement the strategy of "tourism living state".Dig cultural ecological resources,extend ecological value chain,combined with "ethnic culture and ecological environment" two treasure,implement the practice of "Two mountain theory" development concept of health and wellness tourism industry,can form a unique development mode,promote the local industrial structure adjustment,increase revenue,improve residents’ income,create jobs,promote investment,improve the quality of residents,etc..According to the existing literature,in health and wellness tourism industry of Qiandongnan,for example,using methods like literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,further analysis of the industry development process,development mode,development layout,development potential and economic benefits and countermeasures,The purpose is to explore the sustainable development of health and wellness tourism industry of Qiandongnan and provide theoretical and practical support for the development of the industry in this area.This paper has four main parts: firstly,from the analysis of existing health tourism research status and the current development of the development of health tourism realistic background and theoretical background,explain the importance and necessity of health and wellness tourism industry development,to provide realistic and theoretical supports for this paper;secondly,analyzed the development situation of health and wellness tourism industry in Qiandongnan:the overall industry and economic development of southeast Guizhou;the comparative advantages of industrial development: such as Miao and Dong ethnic culture,ecological forest resources,geothermal and hot spring resources,ethnic medicine resources,sports and competition resources and food and organic agricultural resources,location advantages and industrial development policy advantages;thirdly,Summarized the development process of the health and wellness tourism industry in southeast Guizhou.Fourthly,sort out the development achievements of health care tourism industry,It has innovatively constructed six main development modes of"Qiandongnan culture","green" forest "," hot spring "bath","medicine","sports"health "and" organic food ",and industrial development layout;the development potential and economic benefits of the industry in Qiandongnan through empirical analysis: Based on the calculation of Arc Gis10.2 on 6 categories of health tourism resource groups in 16 counties(cities)in Qiandongnan,Four indexes of scale degree,superiority degree,agglomeration degree and development potential index were selected,construct the development potential evaluation system of health care tourism industry in Qiandongnan,the development potential and overall layout of health tourism industry in all counties(cities)of Qiandongnan are analyzed.With the help of EViews10.0 to regression the time series data,analyze the economic effect of health tourism industry in Qiandongnan,and confirm that health tourism is an important industry of economic development in Qiandongnan;Finally analyzed the industry problems existing in the process of development: the top-level planning is not clear,inadequate guarantee,unaccessible transportation,infrastructure limitations,low product development value,small industrial scale,fuzzy market positioning,brand marketing lag,community participation is limited,restricted development.And then come up with the possible countermeasures and suggestions:enhance the system and mechanism,optimize the allocation of element,upgrade the transportation network,promote supporting services,innovative product development,expand the industry,locate market demand,innovate marketing path,increase the intensity of resource conservation,improve the benefit sharing mechanism. |
