| With the progress and development of science and technology,China’s mobile communication technology has entered the 5G era.The promotion of 5G communication technology to the national economy and its energy for future economic growth should not be underestimated.Under the new background of catering to the rapid deployment of the global5 G era,the revenue from value-added services in the revenue structure of Chinese operators is more diversified,and value-added services are more important than ever in innovation,operation and development.Xiangyu Technology is a company that mainly provides value-added services for users through communication operators.Today,we are deeply trapped in the 3G and 4G era,and have been suppressed by the development of mobile Internet,which has been in a bottleneck period of rapid growth,as well as the loss of business and users.How to promote the diversified strategic layout of "dual drive development" of traditional business and emerging business with innovative thinking mode under the background of the country’s strong support for 5G development,reassess the core value of the enterprise in the rapidly changing industry environment,find a strong breakthrough point,and better match the existing organizational structure productivity and production relations.In the 5G era,we will position our strategic objectives and achieve strategic transformation.This paper applies PEST analysis method to analyze the external macro environment in which Xiangyu science and technology enterprises are developing.It uses Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the industry environment of telecom value-added service providers,the overall strategic layout of operators,companies in different links of the industry chain and relevant competitors in the industry,and analyzes the strong barriers in the industry.Through the EFE matrix evaluation model of external factors,the IFE matrix evaluation model of internal factors,and the comprehensive analysis of the existing market opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses in combination with the SWOT matrix,Xiangyu Technology’s own capabilities and resources,including tangible resources,intangible resources,economic capabilities,operational capabilities,technical capabilities,and resource capabilities,are evaluated,Put forward the overall idea of the direction of enterprise strategic transformation,and formulate the path and mode of enterprise strategic transformation. |
