With the ups and downs in the current world pattern and the accelerating process of economic globalization,enterprises must constantly strengthen the study of new knowledge and new technology and establish a learning organization in order to guide and promote the development of enterprises.In view of this,this study incorporated the perspective of "learning organization" into the enterprise training management system,and reconstructed its training management system based on the actual situation of M company.First of all,this paper takes some typical learning organizations and advanced enterprise training theories at home and abroad as the research blueprint,expounds the internal relationship between the perspective of learning organization and the optimization of enterprise training,and makes clear the necessity of studying this topic.Secondly,based on the current situation of employee training in sample M company,questionnaire survey and interview methods are used to further deconstruct the original data from the perspective of learning organization.Through sorting out the links between the initial categories,and then refining and concluding the main category,the main problems behind the training status quo of the company and their fundamental causes are analyzed.The statistical research shows that M company lacks standardization and science in the management of lecturers,and the quality of lecturers is uneven,which seriously affects the enthusiasm and training experience of employees.Lack of innovation and advancement in course management,because the training content can not effectively promote business development,employees generally dislike this kind of inefficient training;In terms of the overall training process,the training leader lacks necessary communication and collaboration with the upstream and downstream departments,and the training process is disjointed.To sum up,this study correspondingly puts forward suggestions on the optimization of M Company’s training management system based on the perspective of learning organization from several aspects,such as creating common vision,improving mental model,promoting systematic thinking and helping team learning.Finally,this study also designs specific measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization system from three aspects: culture,material and system.The research results of this paper can fully improve the training enthusiasm and training efficiency of employees in M company,help the enterprise to train more high-quality talents,and promote the benign and sustainable development of the enterprise.It is also hoped that the views of this article can play a certain role of inspiration and reference for other enterprises to build a learning organization and optimize the training management system.
