| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC,it is clearly pointed out that the strategic position of priority development should be given to the protection of people’s health.Coupled with the impact of the novel corona virus epidemic in recent years,the pharmaceutical industry has been developing rapidly.However,while constantly improving the production capacity,the company’s internal management,especially human resource management,cannot be ignored.W Pharmaceutical Company,after the replacement of the original state-owned enterprise status,wants to take advantage of the momentum to go public,but the company still basically uses the original state-owned enterprise employee incentive mechanism,which greatly hinders the company’s pace of development.In this thesis,W Pharmaceutical Company as the research object,collected and sorted out domestic and foreign literature,and literature review,based on the two-factor theory,incentive concept and incentive method,through literature analysis,questionnaire and statistical analysis method to optimize the incentive problem of W Pharmaceutical Company.Firstly,the company profile,organizational structure and employee composition of W Pharmaceutical Company are analyzed,and then the employee motivation of W Pharmaceutical Company is divided into six dimensions: salary and welfare,performance appraisal,working environment,personnel promotion,employee training and corporate culture.Based on the two-factor theory,the six dimensions are classified according to the concepts of health factors and incentive factors.In addition,questionnaires on employee motivation satisfaction were designed and distributed.SPSS software was used to analyze the survey results.It is found that the current W company has problems in these six dimensions,such as weak compensation incentive effect,imperfect welfare system,weak performance appraisal,optimization of office environment conditions,unreasonable promotion methods,insufficient attention of superiors and subordinates to training,and insufficient sense of achievement of employees from work.The causes of these existing problems are analyzed.The corresponding optimization measures are proposed to help W enterprise get rid of the current predicament,and the conclusion is drawn: First,based on the two-factor theory,the incentive effect of W company is not strong,and the health factor dominates the incentive problem;Second,whether enterprise leaders pay attention to the incentive issue of grassroots employees is crucial.Leaders pay enough attention to the incentive issue of grassroots employees,which is the basis for enterprises to make better incentive plans.Thirdly,to give full play to the role of employee motivation,the management in all aspects of the company must be strengthened.The lack of any one aspect will affect the effect of employee motivation.The research in this thesis can not only help the development of W company but also make contribution to solve the current situation of the lack of employee motivation research in the domestic pharmaceutical industry,to promote the construction of "Healthy China" emphasized in the report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC. |
