| At present,the financial economic situation of our country is increasingly complex,and the control of the state is becoming more severe,under this state,commercial banks have also been affected by the factors that can not be ignored in the financial system.The products of banks are more and more close to the same type,and the market pressure is also increasing,and the business pressure in all aspects is gradually strengthened.With the passage of time,banks realize that how to give full play to the important functions of talents and improve their comprehensive quality and ability is the key to maintain long-term success of enterprises.In such a situation,the performance appraisal system is an increasingly recognized and effective management method for Chinese commercial banks to give full play to employees’ potential abilities and turn them into strategic profits for the company.This thesis takes C branch of A Bank as a case study,and makes a detailed exploration of its employees’ performance appraisal system.First of all,through the specific analysis of the existing performance appraisal system of C branch of A bank,I have a more comprehensive understanding of the real situation of the performance appraisal of its staff.Secondly,using questionnaire,interview and other research measures,summed up the drawbacks of the performance appraisal system in the practical application,including: unreasonable setting of performance appraisal indicators,unbalanced setting of performance appraisal indicators,inadequate use of performance appraisal results,lack of feedback channels,etc.Finally,through the analysis of the problems,it makes targeted improvements in the selection of performance appraisal indicators,the setting of weights,the improvement of the system of the application of results and the setting of feedback.In this thesis,the improvement of the performance appraisal efficiency of employees is taken as the starting point,the overall business indicators of the bank and the individual performance of employees are tied together,and the existing performance appraisal system of employees is improved,so as to better supervise them and give full play to their work potential.By improving the staff performance of Branch C of Bank A,the work performance of the staff can be standardized and provided a reference for its application in practice. |
