With the rapid development of Internet finance,traditional financial enterprises are facing strong compeition.In order to ensure sustainable development,it is necessary to start from all aspects and continuously improve their comprehensive competitiveness.Performance appraisal,which follows the concept of "encouraging the advanced and spurring the backward",has received increasing attention from all walks of life,and is an important part of enterprise governance and enhancing competitiveness.However,S Agricultural Commercial Bank's performance appraisal system has failed to keep pace with the times and there are many problems.Therefore,based on the basic theories and expertise of human resources management and,performance management,and using the research methods of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,the performance evaluation system of S Agricultural Commercial Bank was specially studied,the problems were found out,and the optimization was implemented in a targeted way.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through questionnaire survey and on-the-spot in terviews,it is found that the performance appraisal system of S Agricultural Commercial Bank still has the following problems:it does not pay attention to the performance appraisal and does not have a good understanding;The index setting is unscientific and the weight is unreasonable.The appraisal subject is single and the appraisal period is too long.There is no two-way communication in the formulation of the assessment plan;The assessment results have not been effectively applied,etc.(2)The key performance index method and analytic hierarchy process are used to design the index and weight of S Agricultural Commercial Bank.The 360-degree performance appraisal method is used to optimize the appraisal subject.The target management method is used to optimize the two-way communication design for the formulation and implementation of the appraisal scheme,which higlghlights the contribution of employees and their approval of(3)The performance appraisal scheme.To ensure the effective implementation of the optimized assessment system,corresponding safeguard measures are put forward.Including:ideological and organizational support,continuous improvement of relevant management systems,overall improvement of staff quality,construction of an information platform,and strengthening the application of assessment results.The research results further enrich the relevant research results of the performance appraisal system of commercial banks,have direct guidance to optimize and perfect the performance appraisal system of S Agricultural Commercial Bank,and provide reference for other banks with similar characteristics.
