In the context of low-end lock-in development of science and technology enterprises,changes in the international environment have led to increasingly serious competition among science and technology enterprises.Domestic and foreign science and technology enterprises want to break through the technology blockade,and the demand for technology R&D personnel is increasing.Many countries have also begun to pay attention to it,and the policy support for science and technology enterprises has been increasing year by year.In this international situation,as one OF the top 500 electronic technology enterprises in China,OF has strong independent research and development strength.Every year,it makes major technological breakthroughs and brings many revolutionary products to the market.It also enjoys the dividend of national policy support.The OF company itself has also obtained the accumulation OF management,operation and research and development personnel,and the corresponding management system can give full play to the professional ability and innovation ability of the research and development personnel.It also needs to establish a scientific incentive mechanism suitable for the OF company.However,the current incentive system of OF Company is not scientific enough.As a result,although the innovation ability of its internal R&D personnel is improving,it has not yet achieved the target incentive effect.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth research on the incentive system of OF Company,improve the incentive mechanism of its R&D personnel to a certain extent,improve the innovation of its R&D personnel,and meet the long-term strategic development of the company.The future can break through the technological blockade of import and export trade.Based on the incentive theory OF modern management,this thesis studies the incentive factors of company R&D personnel and improves the incentive mechanism.During the research process,I studied relevant theoretical literature,collected relevant data by means OF questionnaire and survey,referred to the theories and conclusions obtained by domestic and foreign scholars,combined with the current actual situation of the company,analyzed the shortcomings in the current incentive mechanism of the enterprise and analyzed the management style of the enterprise.Find out the main reasons affecting the incentive mechanism,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism.This thesis adopts questionnaire survey,data analysis,and literature research methods.The main research structure is to firstly collect the current incentive status of OF company on R&D personnel,the specific incentive measures implemented under this management system,and collect and summarize the actual incentive effects generated by the incentive measures.Secondly,questionnaire survey is used to issue electronic questionnaires to the R&D personnel of OF Company,and research is conducted from the aspects of salary structure,enterprise welfare,career development,enterprise management,enterprise culture,etc.,aiming at summarizing the problems in these modules and finding out the corresponding enterprise incentive measures.Thirdly,data analysis is carried out on the enterprise survey data,and each module is quantified.The incentive effect score OF each incentive measure is obtained,so as to establish a more perfect incentive mechanism.Finally,the status quo and problems of R&D personnel of the company are sorted out,and the incentive mechanism design is more suitable for the company.In the process OF research,it is concluded that the company of salary and welfare,career development,team cooperation,corporate culture and other problems do not meet the needs of employees,the incentive system of the company is not targeted,the R&D personnel can not get more attention and resources,and the real needs are not met.This thesis puts forward a more suitable salary structure OF differentiated assessment for the salary of the company,puts forward an optimization plan for the assessment and development space of the promotion of R&D personnel,makes optimization suggestions for the mode of team cooperation,and provides a feasible way for the cultivation and promotion of corporate culture.
